All reviews for Semper Mechanical, INC.

Semper Mechanical provided excellent service for our HVAC and central AC system cleaning and maintenance. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, ensuring everything was done thoroughly. Communication was clear, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their services!

Semper did a great job coming out quickly when our heat stopped working. They were able to diagnose and get our heat working quickly and for a fair price. We are only going to be using them going forward and I’d recommend them to anyone that needs help with their HVAC.

Great experience getting some basic maintenance done. I moved in recently so just getting a check up before the warm weather hits. Dan was very friendly and answered all my questions. Also taught me some things about the system I didn't know. He showed up on time, took pictures of his work, and was thorough. I will certainly be calling again for any of my HVAC needs.

Great local Company, The Technician's name was Dan who did the yearly maintenance on our home AC unit. Very nice guy, did a thorough job. Dan was at our home for about 3 hours. He went threw everything to make sure everything was in tip, top shape. I honestly thought something was wrong with our AC unit? But Dan said, I want to make sure everything is good so you will be all set for the up coming season. When do you ever get customer service like that today?? I would use this company in a minute again if anything happens down the road.

Such a professional, local, small business I had the pleasure of hiring which was my main priority as the larger companies I had received estimates from far exceeded that of a genuine customer centered local business.

Your work is amazing good job guys

I have used Semper in the past and plan to use them for all of our HVAC needs. Veteran owned and operated. Professional and experienced service technicians. Pleased with all of their work.

They did a wonderful job! They came the house very early to start the job and they finished it late in the afternoon!

We have used Semper Mechanical twice in the last 6 months. The first time to find and repair a refrigerant leak in one unit and the second time to unclog the tubing in another unit. Karl was our technician, and he was knowledgeable and professional in his work. Semper Fidelis!

Billy and his team are top notch! They did major work in both my house and my business. They were fairly priced, extremely knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. I would recommend them for any HVAC job, and I plan to use them again for ongoing maintenance.

The Semper Team did an excellent job installing my 2 HVAC systems. Their work and attention to detail was exceptional. They came on time everyday and the work site was always clean and orderly. Billy, Alex and the rest of the Team are highly skilled craftsman! I would strongly recommend them if you need HVAC work! Phil B. Salem, MA
