We hired Matt to replace a few windows at our house and they came out great! Awesome work and very professional.

Very happy with the small addition and back azzac deck mb construction completed for us. It came out excellent and was on schedule. There where a few hidden issues in one of our walls that he found and quickly brought to our attention . he was able to fix it quickly without delay. I will try to post pictures shortly.

Matt did all the excavation and site work for a detached garage I'm doing. He is easy to talk to and open to ideas. Great guy to deal with.

We used Mb construction to build our new office in Tewksbury ma. Matt was very professional, thorough with his estimate and did a excellent job.Our office came out better than we expected. There where a few small unforeseen issues once they started demoing and he quickly addressed them in a prompt professional manner. We have been in our new office for 2 years now and love it!! Matt rebuilt most of the first floor of my 1895 Victorian, including building a new kitchen, informal eating area, full bath, and deck. The outcome was fantastic, especially since Matt made some great suggestions to deal with the inevitable unexpected hiccups. His workmanship was excellent, from the rough framing to the finish trim work which he suggested to tie the new construction into the character of the rest of the home.

I'd definitely recommend MB Construction to anyone looking for a contractor who takes true pride in his work.

We worked with Matt in 2018 for an addition and renovation. Matt and his team did good work at a fair price. As mentioned in another review - no drama with Matt. Matt is a fantastic contractor. He always answers or replies within hours if not minutes. Work quality is top notch. Every detail is important to him. He made our new garage match the house by using subtle trim details others would overlook.
He stuck to the agreed budget and never waivered. My changes were handled very fairly.
He kept us informed and every day of work they arrived on time and on schedule. Site was clean every day.
His meticulous attention to detail is evident in 100 places most people won't see. He made sure every joint was aligned and every truss was spaced perfectly.
He matched the colors to the existing house and even insisted on installing shingles on a nearby shed so it matched the roof of the garage. This cost almost nothing and made a huge difference visually.
I have already recommended MB to friends and family and that is the most important praise anyone can receive.

Matt and his team are the absolute best. When we first reached out, he completely listened to what we wanted, walked us through every step of the way, and was always there to answer our questions or concerns. We almost doubled our house size in Matt got it completed within four months, which was much faster than any other company told us it could be done. We used Matt 3 years ago. We redid our whole living area. Knocked everything down all the way down to the studs and redid my whole house. We loved the project but now the ceiling has giant cracks and Matt will not respond to text messages. It looks so bad, not like a redo that cost 100k 3 year ago. Not happy at all
