Had Unique install high velocity ac and heat pump a few years ago. Everything still works great. They come by once a year to make sure the equipment and operation is good. Great customer service. Warranty plan is not cheap, but worth the peace of mind.

Bill was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and he was very kind. He was prepared to resolve our problem and did an excellent job. We will continue to work with Unique Indoor Comfort for our HVAC needs.

Tebow arrived early to service our air conditioning system. He explained carefully what he was going to do. He worked carefully and methodically. After all system maintenance was completed he explained how to optimize the settings for maximal comfort. He donned booties each time he came into the house. The service Tevoy provided us was exceptional. Unique is fortunate to have someone of his expertise and caliber represent the company. We hope he can service our heating system in the fall.

Tom Kelly was fantastic--he was very knowledgeable about the various systems that I could install and provided several solutions. His proposal also included key MassSave rebates which help to make a major HVAC project more affordable. I've worked with Unique Indoor Comfort before, and they have never disappointed!

Excellent. They installed and service my high velocity and mini-split systems. They just completed the annual service and were quite thorough. They are very knowledgeable about the systems - one of the few local companies who understands high velocity AC.

Brian and Zach did an amazing job with my install! They were so fast and communicative in a stressful situation (replacing and hvac in a heatwave!) and also, super nice to my cats. Great service!

Rarely post reviews but this experience deemed it necessary. Had a heat pump installed at my home late last year and had the utmost professional experience from start to finish. And no matter who I spoke with at Unique, every single one of them were kind. They were accommodating to my needs with the install and even with adjustments post install. If you find yourself searching for a service that Unique provides then I highly recommend using them. Can’t think of one thing they could’ve done better and I appreciate their services.

Our AC unit stopped working a few days ago. I called Unique Indoor Confort and was scheduled for service the next business day. The tech Kervin was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem informed me of the solution, provided a reasonable quote and completed the job. Kervin and Jeremy, who took my initial call, provided excellent customer service. I’ve been a customer since 2017 and will continue to have them take care of my cooling and heating needs. Thanks for the great service.

Great service. Tevoy was very articulate in explaining what he did, and giving us recommendations how to maintain our system. He took extra care to address issues on the outside unit, and explain to us ext step we can take.

Very happy with our AC tech from Unique Indoor today. Tevoy was right on time, got to work right away, and was pleasant and informative throughout. He was here about 75 minutes and took care of our annual service really nicely. Highly recommend and hope we see him again.

Came out last week to give me a quote and a "look see" at my 43yr old furnace.
5 days later my new furnace is working beautifully.

Kervin, the tech, was great. Serviced all of the units as part of annual maintenance plan to ensure system is ready for winter heating.

Their technician was excellent and did a tune up nicely and in a relatively fast time. I would recommend this service and company to anyone.

As Boston residents of a decade now, with an older home, my husband and I have been dependent on many local professionals and companies to care for and make improvements to our home. Unique Indoor Comfort installed mini-splits in our home last year, and this company - including every one of their team we've ever dealt with - has risen to the top of our list of our favorite service providers in the Greater Boston area. We are fortunate to be their customers.

We recently had Unique install two heatpumps, accompanying air handlers in the attic and basement and all of the vents and hv ducting. We love the system. But we really cannot say enough about our experience with everyone, from our point guy Tom all the way to the installers. Everyone was friendly and excellent as we needed to go through several irritations of system design. Tom’s also hilarious. Julie at the office was great. Bruce the system designer was really great at figuring out how we could get everything to fit in our weird house and what ducting could go where. And finally Addis and the other install guys. They were fantastic. First thing they did every day was roll out canvas tarps on all of the floors. They had to work around a lot of junk in our basement, some of the rooms and attic, and that cannot have been easy. Outside of the work they obviously did, we couldn’t tell if they had been in the house or not on any given day. In fact…they sort of organized our house a bit! Great bunch of guys, especially Addis. We’ve had a lot of work done on the house recently so we know what to expect…. These guys way surpassed our expectations. And the check-ins after the system was installed have been great too. Highly recommend!

The technician came in to do a heating maintenance on our Navien system. He called beforehand(30 min prior) to let us know he's on his way. When arrived, he came prepared and got the job done. He gave us a summary afterward of what he did today.
