We had DiChiara come out to install a new gas range for us on Christmas Eve. They went well above and beyond to make sure the stove fit. We cannot recommend them enough!

Jack and Mark were sent to my home to disconnect the gas line to my stove so a new floor could be laid and then they had to return and put the stove back in place and fire it up. They were both extremely knowledgeable and extremely polite. And they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that everything in my kitchen was exactly perfect before they left. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

Trusting, hardworking, kind, crew who are excellent at their craft in a family run business. Cannot recommend them enough. If you want an exceptional plumber, this is the company!

Steve came today for a couple of small plumbing issues we’ve been having and I am floored by his responsiveness, knowledgeability and general friendliness! He even left holiday gifts for us and our kids, which absolutely made my day, along with the fact that our plumbing issues were solved, of course. We will absolutely be calling again when we need a plumber. Thank you!!

We have had Steve come out to the home several times for a variety of plumbing issues that have cropped up. Steve has treated every job as if it's his own home -- you can tell it is personally important to him to do a high-quality, professional job, and he is very proud of his workmanship. His prices are even better than reasonable: whenever possible, he tries to find ways to save the homeowner money.

We will not call anyone else. Steve is always very prompt -- but if there ever comes a day that he can't come right away, we will be happy to wait until he's available. :-)

DiChiara is amazing! We have used them for a few different plumbing issues we have had over the past year and they have been wonderful! They always come very quickly and are always very kind and professional. You can tell they love what they do. Highly recommend.

Carla went above and beyond to scour the web, finding a faucet that would satisfy my many (sadly) very specific needs. She did a great job! Overall great experience with my water heater install. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and took pride in their work. They communicate well and they left the site as clean as it was when they arrived. I will definitely be calling back should I need any more plumbing work done.

Our master shower needed work and we had been waiting for months for a competitor to find the needed part to repair it. In frustration, we took a trip to the The Faucetorium to explore other options. This led us to DiChiara Plumbing & Heating and we are so thankful for the referral! Karla and Steve are amazing! Karla was friendly, efficient at helping with the schedule, and so responsive - it blew us away! After previously waiting (with 0 communication) for 6 months, the speed and service of DiChiara was such a welcome change! I sent Karla a few photos of the issue, Steve arrived the next day - removed the part, left to pick up a replacement, and was back and installing it by the afternoon. The entire job took less than 5 days from start to finish (involved researching/calling/tracking down and ordering another part.) I wish I had called this team months ago. Wonderful service! Steve is kind, patient, and knowledgeable – he spent the time to walk us through the process so we knew what to expect. Karla provided status updates along the way so we always knew what the next steps were and who would be taking each task. This team takes great care of their customers and are truly focused on making a personal connection – including leaving an adorable (and seasonal) thank-you gift at the end of the project! Fair pricing, quality service, fantastic folks – it’s been a true pleasure doing business with DiChiara – highly recommend!

Have seen DiChiara in neighborhood and specifically at my neighbor. We called and the person I spoke with (Karla) was so on top of it and courteous I thought - this is great.

Steve showed up...went to work and in just over an hour completed three plumbing repairs, one not mentioned...and for a totally reasonable fee. A+

Steve DiChiara and his team did a wonderful job for us. They replaced two old outdoor faucets, fixed a number of leaky indoor faucets and replaced the cartridge assemblies in a number of high end Kohler faucets and diverters. Steve really knows his craft.

They showed up on time and were very professional, doing high quality work and getting the work done quickly. Karla, in the office, is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Five stars!

At the suggestion of my neighbor, I called DiChiara Plumbing & Heating to replace an outdoor water spigot. Steve arrived earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem, and determined it could be simply repaired and didn't need to be replaced. Great work, would highly recommend.

DeChiara Plumbing replaced our gas water heater and did some toilet repair work. Everyone was great to work with. I was really impressed with Karla, the office person of all trades, who scheduled the work and answered many questions I had about water heater maintenance and miscellaneous issues. She made sure that we were more than satisfied with the quality of their work.

First time customer of DiChiara plumbing and heating in Billerica ma, myself and my wife couldn’t have been more impressed or pleased with the quick response i received from mark and his brother, who answered my call the same day ,and arrived that morning to my house . They assessed the problem and took care of my issue , which turned out to be frozen pipes , they did a complete inspection of my pipes and made suggestions , and explained how to protect them moving in the event of it happening again, the issue was resolved and the problem corrected, I would without hesitation recommend this company to anyone in need of there services, they are professional, knowledgeable workers who treat there clients with respect . And you cant go wrong when calling the company and speaking to the owner Karla who makes you feel like you’re more then a customer… and a special thank you to her for her kindness for the special valentine bag full of goodies that she made for her customers… it was very much appreciated…
