We've been using JPI for 4+ years now. They are a no hassle quality outfit that has great communication with their customers. Dan has always been there when we've called on him. His prices were in line with everyone else, but the customer service is what put them above everyone else. They did minor repairs for us before we did our addition. We had them do our master bath in our addition which also included switching to gas and upgrading our water heater to a tankless. I run a commercial construction company and have also started to use JPI on some of our commercial & restaurant jobs and their service is just as expected, great. We highly recommend JPI for any of your plumbing and heating projects, residential or commercial.

Dan Johnstone is an excellent plumber & pipe-fitter and has bailed me out of multiple jams… He’s professional, provides very helpful suggestions and feedback, and is a great communicator. I’ve recommended him several times & I know he does great work!

This may not be your typical review because I don’t know the owner or have had them do any work for me. I called for an estimate on a bathroom renovation and Dan answered right away and didn’t seem in a rush to get me off the phone. He said he was very interested in the job but was on a big job that may not be over by when I needed the work done, so he didn’t want to commit to a timeline he couldn’t keep. He referred me to a friend of his and told me to call him back if I couldn’t get in touch or needed more references. That’s the kind of business you want to work with. I would definitely call him again for work in the future.

Called Johnstone Plumbing for various repairs and replacements around my house. Dan the owner was responsive to my phone call and was easy to talk to, was able to diagnose my problems over the phone and arrived with parts in hand. He's replaced my failed boiler, leaking shower valve. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the quality of the work was top notch.

Dan is my go to plumber for the multiple properties that I own. I know that the job is going to get done and done right when he takes it. His work is extremely neat and organized and properly working. He has an excellent report with the plumbing inspectors in the towns and cities he works in. Being a realtor I also refer him to my clients and they have nothing but great things to say. I wouldn't ask anyone else to do work on plumbing in my properties. He is priced fair but I assure you the work quality is above his prices. If you hire Dan, I am sure you'll will be very happy with the work. *****

In Sept 2022 Johnstone installed a brand new boiler/heating system in my home. They did an excellent job from explaining the issues with my old system, providing recommendations and costs on a new system and then handling the install. Dan is efficient, punctual and does what he says. I dealt with a few different companies before landing on Johnstone and am so pleased that I decided on them. Not only did I get a great new system at a fair price but they were on time, courteous, and left my cellar in cleaner condition then they found it. I would recommend them for any and all your plumbing/heating needs.

I found Johnstone plumbing on Google because I wanted to support a local company . I contacted them on a Saturday after my leak detector warned me of water near my water heater . Dan responded Sunday and we set up a time to replace it . They get an A plus for their communication through the whole process . It’s refreshing to see a company understand the importance of not leaving customers unsure of what is going on . I’ve already referred a friend in need of a plumber .
