Good morning all. I would like to take a minute to give a “BIG THANK YOU “ to FAWCETT ENERGY for all of their help with my oil tank and heating issue we had this week. Their Technicians and service guys did a great job resolving our issue. The service and repair staff were very helpful and really took the bull by the horns to resolve our issue. I would also like to give a shout out to Jodie in Service and scheduling she really was a great help and an asset to FAWCETT ENERGY!! If you need oil or service I highly recommend my Millville friends consider giving them a shot!! We couldn’t be more pleased with their help and service. Fast , efficient, and very friendly.

I switched to Fawcett about a year ago. This winter was my first experience with the emergency service team from Fawcett and I have to say they are excellent and very responsive. About an hour after discovering that the oil burner was tripping, fawcett service professional had it fixed.

Fawcett has the highest prices for home heating oil. Not even close to competitive!!

Terrible experience with this company.. would NOT recommend

This company it’s 60 or $.70 extra in the people there it’s very nice but they get paid to be nice to you on the phone. you know what I mean tried to look different companies if you get 100 gallon fuel delivery that’s about you know 60,70 bucks, less, why not

Very Poor customer service
Was with Marchand Oil co for 50 Years when this company Fawcett Energy bought them out. This past spring in 2022 they delivered oil which was $5.00 a gallon when at the time was about 1.00 more than other companies in the area were charging. I immediately stopped my automatic delivery and shopped around for cheaper oil. On December 22 they came to clean my burner as they did for 50 years but the tech person did not have the tool to repair the leak. He advised to call for another house call to repair, which the company has advised they would not cover the repair as I no longer have my oil delivered by them. Is this is the type of company you want to protect your furnace and home I do not recommend. Their only concern is gauging you for their own benefit.

If it sounds to good to be true then it is. All of Fawcett Energys discounts and free service contracts add up to nothing if you charge a dollar more a gallon then everyone else. Yesterday I received a delivery at $4.79 a gallon when my old guy was $3.89. When your signing up and hear all the discounts you expect it to be at normal fuel prices not inflated. Do your homework and do your math when buying home heating fuel. The bottom line is trust NO ONE!!!!!

Totally incompetent. They made constant mistakes between saying our oil tank wasn't safe for delivery (once we paid for someone to come inspect it they said it was fine and whoever said it wasn't was an idiot) and taking our money and forgetting to actually deliver the oil! When we started getting heat pumps installed and we just needed a bit more oil to get through the process they ignored the amount we ordered and just filled the tank. Now they won't stop calling and asking for us to pay a "reduced rate" for oil we don't even want. Avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely no respect for other’s on the road. Going 15 mph below the speed limit in a 45 can be dangerous. If your trucks can’t stop or maintain a speed limit. Keep em off the road. I’d imagine they work like they drive.
