I recently had some techs come out for a washer repair - they were on time, polite and professional and identified the issue and fixed it quickly! I had a mental block on getting my washer fixed but it was really easy with ABV. Highly recommend!

Dryer broke Saturday after every service company closed. We got a call back from ABV first thing Sunday morning committing to a 10-1 service visit. The technician arrived right around 10 on a sunday morning, was professional and courteous, thorough, and knew exactly what was wrong. He walked me through exactly what i could do to fix it if it happens again. Service minimum was slightly lower than other companies i looked at. Will absolutely call ABV in the future for repairs. Great experience.

Azam, the technician is great. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was on time, he replaced the drain pump in my dishwasher and cleaned up the area thoroughly. I will ask for him again if needed. Highly recommend.

The ABV techs (Nick and Arty) came to diagnose the problems with our clothes washer. They arrived on time, were courteous and thorough, showed us exactly what was wrong, gave an approximate repair bill and then recommended what was, by then, obvious—that buying a new unit would be a cheaper and better option.

The service engineer that was sent to our place for our oven repair was very detailed, thorough & very professional. Seemed to know what he was doing and at the same time explained us what was wrong with our oven. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work.

Easy to arrange an appointment! Alex was prompt and quickly troubleshot the issue. After over two weeks trying to deal directy with Samsung, I'm glad I finally called ABV because they had me scheduled and dryer repaired in just a few days!

These folks are fantastic. I had a client that had an old retro Northstar oven hood range that we thought was completely busted. ABV came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner for an extremely fair price. Their customer service representatives were sharp, knowledgeable, and prompt. Their technicians were kind, professional, courteous, and I would recommend these folks to anyone in need of any appliance repair in the Boston area.

Adam just worked on our LG washer that needed new shock absorbers. He was very patient while we found the right parts in the house and completed the work timely and efficiently and left a very clean area when he left. I would definitely recommend ABV to other people in our building.

We were having issues with our sub-zero refrigerator. The appointment was set for the same day and the technician arrived within a few hours. The job was completed efficiently for a reasonable price. I will be sure to call them again in the future.

I contacted ABV Appliance for service on a leaking refrigerator on a Sunday. ABV scheduled my appointment between 2 to 4. They sent Robert who was very professional and arrived within the promised window of time. He did a great job and quickly repaired the refrigerator. Highly recommend ABV and Robert.

Adam was the technician. He came on time and figured out the problem quickly. A part had to be ordered but it came in a couple of days and Adam was back right away and took care of it--clean and efficient. Nice job, Adam, thank you. I recommend ABV.

ABV went above and beyond to help me with my refrigerator repair. Their team was incredibly responsive and courteous, making the process as smooth as possible. While they couldn't fix my specific issue, I would still recommend them for their outstanding customer service.

Adam was fantastic very responsive and was willing to get the part and also service my LG washing machine same day. He even did this service after hours and made my tenant especially happy now that the washing machine can be used again. I highly recommend this company and the service technicians!

I was very pleased with Adam. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing and explained the problem to me perfectly as to why my fridge stopped working. He is also amazingly respectful. Taking his shoes off was extremely important and polite for me. Especially since it was raining outside. Quietly worked on my fridge and when he was done he came and explained everything. I highly recommend.
