Andy from Starlite Heating & Air Conditioning was prompt, professional, patient and clearly not interested in taking advantage of my ignorance of HVAC systems. I raised several questions and concerns about our A/C and heating system, and he was honest and gave me all the answers I was looking for.He took extra time to teach me several tips concerning long-term maintenance and upkeep of my systems.I will absolutely be using their services going forward and I highly recommend them without reservation.

From start to finish, the installation process was smooth and efficient. The technicians arrived promptly and were incredibly knowledgeable. Made an appointment for 9-12AM to fix the heat in my 75yo mothers apartment. At 11AM the technician calls from a spoofed number that comes up on my phone as SPAM RISK from Chicago Illinois and leaves a message cancelling the appointment — on the coldest day of the winter (12°). Wants to re-schedule for 3 days later.

The appointment was scheduled 24hrs in advance, then they cancel it at the last possible minute.

The number the technician called from doesn’t take incoming calls.
