Manning Tree and Landscape is a Five Star company. Eddie and his crew are awesome. They work very efficiently and take pride in their work. Bud does a fantastic job with landscape architecture and getting the guys organized. They showed up right when they said they would and completed my project on schedule and below budget. Thanks Guys! Bud's crew did an excellent job! They arrived early, finished in less time than expected and cleaned up all debris. They were even so careful as too not drive over the sprinkler heads when backing the cherry-picker truck into the back yard. I would definitely call them again next time I need tree work done.

I had Manning here to do several jobs including installing a walkway, patio and doing some general landscape work including some plantings. The patio/walkway work I have not complaints about...they did a nice job..even re-seeded the grass that they messed up during installation. The issue I have is with the plantings. They told me there is a 1 year guarantee on the plantings so when I contacted them in the Spring (they planted the previous fall) to let them know at least one of the plantings didn't make it through the winter all I was told was, "We'll tell Bud and he'll get back to you". Well after at least 4-5 more calls/emails, I've finally given up. Too bad too b/c they did do some nice work but they just don't stand behind their work. I'm wondering now what would have happened if I had problems with the patio or walkway....guess I would have been out of luck.

First time using MT&L they seemed very responsive and did a decent job removing 2 trees on my property but seemed very dis-interested in limiting collateral damages to the rest of the landscaping. Yes it's only grass or plants, but still that shows alot about their professionalism. Tried using them again a 2nd and 3rd time, both times they just left me hanging and never got back to me. I guess business must be booming where they can't even be bothered to return calls.

Tell your employees to calm down and not be so impatient. When I'm traveling through Stop & Shop Plaza in Acton and I'm cut off by one of your trucks because they don't want to wait the five seconds to let somebody cross to get to their car that is a problem. your business may be good but your employees present a different equation

0 star is their deserved and fair comment! At the beginning, they give a very good quotation on Apr, but let me wait till Sept to remove my tree. But suddenly inform me postpone several days before the date we agree to cut trees, and never call back even I gave many phone calls and left message to them. Waste me half year to remove trees!!! Totally unacceptable!
