From start to finish, the process was smooth and as promised. Someone came out as scheduled and walked the yard with me, making notes and tagging trees. The estimate arrived the next day and was very reasonable. They scheduled the work a few days later and the three-person crew was very friendly and professional. They took care with the pruning of five overgrown trees, communicated any questions or concerns, cleaned up everything, and were done in just a few hours. The work looks great and I would definitely use them again (this is already the second time).

It was great work from tree masters to remove a fallen tree in my back yard. They are very quick professional and cleaned it afterwards. Everything is handled excellently. I always recommend and happy to work with them next time.

On time with an army of workers and a brigade of large-and spanking clean-vehicles. Checked in with me as the arborist was in the hospital and got to work. The arial acrobatics were worth the price of admission alone!

We had a wonderful experience with New England Tree Masters from start to finish. The crew arrived on time and were extremely personable and polite. They worked fast and cleaned up the work area completely. The quote was reasonable and one of the lowest we received. Our project was tricky, it involved a tree that was growing into the powerlines, on a major road and it was pretty tall. New England Tree Masters worked with our local police department to arrange the required police detail, we didn't have to do anything. We will absolutely be using this company again and are very thankful for their professionalism.

I'm very impressed by the team and the equipments. It take them three hours to remove 5 large oak tree in my yard including the clean up. The stump grinding takes a bit longer. But thanks to Anna who helped to follow up and make sure it's getting done properly. For my case, the grinding didn't include clean up the wood dust. But I would strongly recommend somebody else to pay extra to include the clean up service in the package.

NETM removed a few trees that needed to go for safety/health reasons and did a nice job. Communicated well, cleaned up yard, did their best to avoid damaging plant beds. Pricing felt fair for the job. Would use them again. Thank you.

We had four trees removed, 0ne 2' in diameter. Pulled them all up with the crane, cleaned everything up and were finished in just over 3 hours. Everyone was very curteous, and took great pains to keep the yard in orogonal shape.

I've used Tree Masters twice and they're efficient professionals who get the job done without issues, no matter how (seemingly) tricky some the tree locations. Never gets old watching trees fly through the air with the crane.

I’m delighted that we chose New England Tree Masters to do our tree work! We had a couple of very large, old maple trees that had rotted and needed to be removed in order to protect our home. We also had a few other smaller trees to remove and trim. NE TreeMasters showed up with an enormous crane and all of the other manpower and equipment to get the job done! It was a bit unnerving watching a tree travel through the air over my house, but not even a single branch feel on the house. These guys really know their business and their price was very reasonable. We’ll use them again without any doubt. Thanks guys!

Great company! CJ gave me a reasonable quote (on the spot, no waiting for email) to remove a large oak tree to avoid shading new solar panels, six one-hundred foot pines in the back yard, plus some trimming of another large oak. I called two weeks later to accept the quote, and they said they could come in two days. There was a problem with the police traffic detail arriving late that day, so they worked around it by shifting the order of removal. Their machines are enormous and the 10-man team worked together very efficiently. Because the crane removed very large pieces of the tree, there were very few cuts and very little saw dusk, and they cleaned up any debris completely around the chipper. My only concern was that the trunks were to be "cut low" but the stumps were higher than I'd expected. I'd have asked to get an estimate for stump grinding if I'd known.

The team showed up and quickly prepared the site by laying down the lawn protective sheets to avoid damaging the lawn with the hoist truck, and proceeded to drop the tree as planned. Upon completion the site was clean, the felled tree was neatly piled, and the lawn was undamaged. Very impressive job! I highly recommend New England Tree Masters for any tree cutting work.

Very professional team and highly skilled crew. They worked diligently and removed 5 huge pine trees without any mess left. Competitive rates for high quality work. They are very good at what they do, use them!

A tree fell in a yard and we had already planned to take down other trees as well. Treemasters was there within 48 hours to clean up the mess and cut down other outstanding trees. They didn’t mind snow on the ground or Freezing cold weather!

New England Tree Masters did an excellent job removing four dead trees from my property. Two of them were in a difficult to reach location close to my house and heavily tangled with vines. The Tree Masters crew extracted all four safely. They also trimmed a large branch of another tree that was overhanging my shed. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. If it wasn't for the missing trees, you'd hardly know they were here.

They were neat and tidy and very competitive on price. Save yourself having to get multiple quotes if you have big trees. Since they own a crane and don’t have to rent it for the job, they came in >$2k less than similar-sized companies. Also the auto-text confirmations and booking systems were helpful.
