It was a pleasure working with John Boudreau from Foley Electric. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He took time to explain his services and gave us options for installation. He always left the work areas clean and picked up. Will definitely be calling Foley Electric for any future needs.

Called electrician #1 with an issue, he came to the house and spent an hour here with no results. Oh, and he added a breaker when I didn’t ask for one. Same morning, I called and texted with Matt Foley at Foley Electric who came out promptly after #1 left and solved the problem within 10 minutes of arrival. Took the time to explain everything to me. Friendly, Reasonable rates, excellent service, would call again!

We’ve been using Foley Electric since moving to the south shore four years ago. They have replaced all the light fixtures in our home, updated outlets to current code, installed additional boxes for mounted TVs and wall sconces, and more. They are responsive, respectful, and fairly priced. Definitely recommend.

I appreciate the fact when you call you speak directly with the owner. It was very easy to arrange for the service and John did a great job. He was nice to work with and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

Matt and John are very responsive and do great work. Always looking at things not only from the right way to do them but in ways that make the most sense. Electrical repairs, upgrades, or new work, you can't go wrong.

I called for help at 7:10am John arrived at 8:00am. He had diagnosed the problem in about 20 mnutes. Fixed it and was done by 10am. Extremely polite and helpful. I would recomend these guys to any one. Thumbs up. Foley Electric

John replaced my bathroom fan. He was quick, efficient and professional. He did the job right. He then cleaned up the area and other than a new bathroom fan, you would not have known he was ever there when the job was completed. I would highly recommend Foley Electric.

I contacted Foley Electric because I needed some work done at my house that would correct the many sins committed by the previous owner. Matt came to take a look. His estimate was not a bargain but fair given the complexity of the job. He and his co-worker John arrived on time on the appointed day and figured out the best way to undo what had been done in my kitchen and on my porch and re-installed the wiring according to code and updated lighting. It was done neatly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results.

Matt and John replaced our electrical panel and relocated our service line from one side of the house to the other. From the time Matt first visited to look at the project, he brought a positive, can-do attitude and offered helpful suggestions. This continued throughout the job. They arrived first thing in the morning, got right to work and completed the job by 3:00. Matt also coordinated the service line move with BELD, who came mid-day and completed their work, ensuring that the job would be done in one day. It was a pleasure working with Foley Electric and we’ll be using them for any future needs that we have.

I have used Matt for multiple projects and continue to use him for any electric needs. He is always easy to deal with, does the work on time and with great quality. I’d recommend him highly. He has installed a new panel for me, run network cables, installed outdoor speakers, installed new outlets, both inside and outside and replaced some exterior lighting for me. John came out and fixed everything quickly!

My wife and I had to call Foley Electric at almost 4pm on Veterans Day of all days for an emergency power outage at our condo. They had their electrician John there within the hour. He was very professional, clearly explained his recommended solution and got the job done in no time. Quality work for a very reasonable price especially with it being an emergency call. We will definitely be calling Foley Electric again for future work and would recommend to anyone looking for a local electrician on the south shore. 5/5 stars

We have worked with a number of electricians to update and maintain the electrical on our home. Foley Electric has proven to be the most reliable and professional of all those we have worked with. My phone calls were answered and were wrapped up with definitive answers about scheduling. John from Foley Electric did electrical work on our home two times this spring and each time, he was just a delight to work with. He is knowledgable, thoughtful, strategic, and courteous. We had rewiring of wacky switches, outdated outlets replaced with GFIs, and old wiring contained with junction boxes. The work was well done and the price was great! We highly recommend Foley Electric - you won't be sorry you called them!

I met Matt, owner of Foley Electric, through Angi. I called Matt and he was very personable and informative. I sent him a picture of the job and he got me on the schedule within 2 days. In 2 days, John came and did the electrical work. I was very pleased with his work. Foley Electric is a two man company: Matt and John and they are both very personable and helpful.
