Highly recommend Ecco Air. They came out to fix our heat the next day and it has been working great since. Nice guys and good to work with.

I did a self-install of a mini split AC system. I did a pretty good job - but also made some mistakes. Mike and his crew came, figured out what had to be fixed, fixed it, and charged a very reasonable amount. I have only good things to say about them, and am 100% satisfied with their work. If you are looking for HVAC work to be done, these are the guys to get.

I have always had a great experience with ECCO Air solutions. Mike really knows how to run a business well and provide great customer service. He communicates promptly and lays it out on the table. I have used other services and remember been concerned about the lack of transparency or being given the run around when it comes to prices and what they will actually do. ECCO Air does not play games. They provide the services well and are upfront about their costs. When the crew arrived, everyone was professional and patient. Mike too care to explain his thoughts which were always reasonable. He is efficient, yet meticulous. He was flexible with working around scheduling. His pricing is more than fair. I very highly recommend this company for others and have already made a note of when to call them back for my yearly maintenance.

TLDR: excellent service, communication, and prices. Will hire again. Highest recommendation for others to use.

Mike and his team were fantastic to work with. They were friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule, arrived on time and installed our AC unit without any issues. We finally have a working AC now and can be nice a cool in the summer months. Had somebody come by the house the other day they told me I needed three new pieces and it was gonna cost me probably $600 to $1000. Called MIKE at Ecco. He was here the next day fixed it. It cost me $250 the services, the professionalism and the honesty was amazing!!! Can’t say enough good things about MIKE or his company

Ecco Air Solutions came out to take a look at my central air system that we were told by others was irreparable. 15 minutes later it was up and running good as new! Cannot thank Mike and his team enough. Definitey recommend.

I contacted Ecco Air Soloutions about our furnace having some issues not blowing out heat. They were very responsive and helpful and were able to get someone out the next day after contacting them. These guys are true professionals. They resolved our issue quick and painlessly and didn’t over charge us. Mike and his guys are incredible, I have had to call them twice and they have been extremely efficient and timely. In a service profession like their, punctuality is a virtue, and Mike's guys live by it. They are also very good at communication and explaining to you what they are doing or thinking. For example, Mike (and Danny) pointed out some legit issues with our original installation (Done by someone else) and explained patiently what I need to tell my electrician in order avoid issues from occurring again. When I still failed to understand fully they helped me record a video to show it to my electrician in order to get the system up and running properly.
They're all extremely knowledgable, efficient and just plain great guys! I'd def hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Mike and his team did a great job installing our heat pump and furnace. He told us his goal was to provide us with the best heating solution for our home and he delivered as promised. After quoting many places and getting all over the place estimates and solutions for my problem, Ecco Air Solution came and did a great job to solve the leak issue I was having. I truly recommend this company. Their prices are fair and do a good job!

Positive experience and highly recommend ECCO Air Solutions. We replaced our HVAC unit with a more energy efficient one.They guided me through the intake process and in my case, shared about the MassSave interest free loan for new heat pumps. Darryl and Mike were remarkable in their professionalism and expertise -- they offered best practice tips and made the installation quick and painless -- on a cold day, nonetheless!

Mike at Ecco Air was knocked it out of the park. Timely response, very competitive pricing,and a quick and smooth install. Very happy with the new Bosch High Efficiency unit and the wife loves the smart thermostat. Five star across the board.

Working with Ecco Air Solutions has been great. They are easy to schedule with. Very responsive and professional and also provide fair rates. They provide detailed diagnostic reports during inspections so you know exactly what is going on with the system. 10/10 would recommend.

Contacted Ecco Air Solutions, they came out within an hour. The 2 techs had my furnace back up and running in no time. Price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company. 5 stars from me. P.S. it was in the middle of a snow storm to boot!

Highly recommend Ecco Air Solutions. I was having trouble with my furnace. After speaking with these guys I was given a few suggestions of things I could do on my own to possibly get my system up and running because it was cold out. In the end I needed a service call and Mike and Dan were out first thing in the morning. They had my system running in no time and at a very reasonable price. A+ work with this company.

Referred to me from a friend because our new heating system wouldn’t stay on longer than 10 min on auto. She was right! They do excellent work! Came out the next day and knew the problem in minutes. Very professional and reasonable rates. I have them on speed dial. Thanks Mike!!

I have so many positive things to say about Mike and The Eco Air team!

Not only was their proposal significantly lower than the other 3 quotes we received. They showed up on time, were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and didn’t miss a beat during the coldest time of year.

They were able to install 3 split units as well as a full ducted system for my 2nd floor in less than a week. Even when we had a manufacturing defect in the new condenser, Eco Air took the reins, got it replaced (rather than repaired) within 2 days.

I can’t say enough good things about this crew. Anyone would be crazy not to use them, especially if you’re local.

Don’t waste your time with the large companies like I did. Eco Air is best source for quality HVAC work.

Although I didn't hire Ecco, Mike was extremely helpful in helping me self diagnose and repair my outside A/C unit. Our fans were blowing but the compressor wasn't running. Turned out to be a simple $15 fix and the house cooled off within minutes afterwards. Would not hesitate to do business with these guys!

Mike and his team are amazing! We needed our A/C unit serviced and they were professional and timely and got it up and running in no time. I also really appreciated that they recommended I do certain things on my own such as replace the filter in the unit to save money. I had another issue about a month later that I called Mike about and he walked me through a solution over the phone that resolved the problem. Overall just wonderful people and amazing service. I highly recommend!
