I highly recommend JW HVAC/R service and Repair, they answered to my emergency call and accommodated into their schedule. Jerome came in very knowledgeable and quickly identify problem and fixed unit. He took time to educate and went over my best possible options.

Excellent service by JW. I arrived home on Christmas Eve to a house full of gas. I called JW and they came out very quickly, evaluated the whole system and suggested approaches to fix the system. They were able to bring in a new system and get it set up quickly. I have had zero issues with the new furnace which is amazing. I’m not sure who the prior owner of the house worked with to install the old furnace, but JW has a loyal customer in me. Thank you!

Hire Jerone! He’s a super sweet guy, always shows up on time, does excellent work. He even wears booties over his shoes in the house, which I really appreciate. And he will call you every spring and fall to schedule service, so it’s one less thing for you to remember. Hire this man!

Jerome was absolutely fantastic! Our heat stopped after normal business hours and Jerome came out that same night and quickly got to work. I can't recommend Jerone enough! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. He was there when my system went down at 4 degree weather. He diagnosed that the issue was being caused by rust in the gas line. Had to call NG emergency. NG fixed their issue (gas leak and rust in the gas line) and Jerone was back to finish his work.

My air conditioner stopped working and Jerone immediately found that the problem was due to a faulty starter part and made it work again. Since my air conditioner and heater were more than 20 years old, I decided to replace them. He and a co-worker worked for a full day to replace both units. The workmanship was very good with thorough cleaning afterwards. I highly recommend him.

I appreciate J time and effort in helping get my old system up and running, my inlaw are visiting and J came through on time.. J explain to me system is obsolete if any parts or Freon need to be replaced unit will have to be removed and replaced looking to it in the future working with J to replace the unit.

Jerone came to our house to fix our outdoor central air unit the same day I reached out to him. He was very professional, thorough and timely. He came back about a week later to clean out the unit and the ducts in our attic. Again, extremely pleasant to chat with and gave us recommendations for going forward.
