The next day, a carpet cleaning company arrived, removed the carpet and the chair to their cleaning facility. They took care of shifting all the necessary furniture to remove the carpet, and placed it back before leaving. It took close to a week to rectify my blunder, but they accomplished an incredible job. To my surprise, I couldn't locate the stain when they returned the carpet and chair. They also took the initiative to move the furniture out of the way and replaced it, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. In addition, I had them clean the matching side chair for uniformity, and an upstairs gaming room which is a favorite spot for my grandkids. Benjamin and Zachary did a commendable job of cleaning everything. Benjamin made sure not to leave until he was satisfied with the job! It was the best experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaning service, and they're the only ones I'll be reaching out to for any future needs!
