All reviews for Heating and Cooling

During routine maintenance, the HVAC technician went above and beyond. The HVAC technician cleaned the coils, replaced air filters, checked electrical connections, and verified the airflow for optimal performance.

Experiencing prompt and professional AC repair was a relief especially during that unexpectedly warm afternoon The technicians expertise truly impressed me

After a seamless installation, my home feels perfectly balanced in temperature. The team was prompt and knowledgeable, finishing the job in just under three hours. Their attention to detail left me impressed, and I’m now enjoying a much quieter system.

Excellent work and the price is the best on the market! Robert Chaisson is super professional, efficient and reliable. Very honest and humble person, I totally recommend his work.

When you need a reasonable quote or you need service now, you can always count on Robert to be there for you. Like so many of us, we rely on the professional services provided by Chaisson Heating and Cooling throughout the year.

I manage over 30 properties in Boston and I've been using Rob for a while now. I can not tell you the amount of times he's helped me out while in a jam, from late night no heat calls, to no a/c, to leaking pipes. Be good to him and you'll have someone who shows up anytime and will do anything possible to solve your problem. I've referred many people to him!

Chaisson was amazing. Always kept me informed and up to date. Was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Very resourceful in finding parts, cranes etc. I highly recommend!

I have a condo in Boston that is rented out..The tenant was without heat for 3 days and I called over 15 people including major companies to get out there. After most - no answered phone calls, and non-english speaking workers unable to arrange a time I contacted Chaisson.
Chaisson was able to get to the condo within 20 minutes and have the heat fixed ASAP. The difference between this company and others is Night and Day! I will be saving this number and wont be contacting anyone else from now on.
Thank you again.

Our home feels transformed after the duct and vent installation. The technicians arrived promptly, finishing the job in just under three hours. They were meticulous, leaving no mess behind. The improved airflow is noticeable, and the house maintains a consistent temperature throughout the day. Highly recommend!
