Super prompt, we contacted them with an issue and they were by the morning. Diagnosed and it’s not an issue they could fix, so they gave us a reco and didn’t charge for the brief time on site. Would recommend again - if your issue is water heater and not A/C!

Cody was personable, thoughtful, and expert in his repair. Replaced the piping very efficiently and clean way.

The plumber from MrFix it Plumbing did a great job changing our old corroded kitchen faucet and even were able to come before the scheduled time after checking with me over the phone. Very satisfied with their service.

The team is super professional with their work. I was thinking that the toilet is leaking and may need a wax ring repair, but after the team’s inspection, tightening up a few bolts solved the problem - they are honest with their work and did not charge me anything for unnecessary part replacement. Will definitely come back to them for future plumbing needs! Great work.

Mr. Fix, was more than great. I called large plumbing companies in Cambridge for weeks and were too busy to fix my bathroom faucets. I found Mr. Fix it, made an appointment, the same day and arrive three days later. With in one hour i had new faucets. The plumber, Cody, even took away the cardboard box from the new faucets. Cody was friendly and engaging. Helped me pay my bill on the spot, which was less than the larger companies quoted. Thank you Mr. Fix it. Wish you did more than plumbing.

Great quick and efficient service; Purchased and installed a energy star 40 gallon gas water heater with a ten year warranty with Mr Fix It plumbing service, David master plumber was great efficient and master.

They came early, cleaned drains, figured out how to fix a broken sink plug--they were efficient, helpful and quick! They will have to return to fix an unmoored toilet--but figured out the problem and checked for leaks.

I hired Mr Fix It Plumbing for a leaky toilet. Cody was very professional, he clearly explained the problem and what caused it, and did a fantastic job.

Cody did a great job preparing our washing machine closet for a new machine installation. He disconnected the old machine and replaced the old water shut-off valve with a new one. He is very professional and quick. I would highly recommend him!

We bought a new dryer, but when the delivery guy tired to install it, we ran across 3 problems. I called Mr Fix It Plumbing yesterday (after 6pm), and they were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day! Cody came today and was able to address all 3 issues. He installed a new shut-off valve to my washer, hooked up the dryer with steam function (which couldn't be done until the shut-off valve was changed), and custom-cut the vent pipe so that the dryer could get closer to the wall. Cody was very courteous, and did a great job. He cleaned up after the work was done, and checked that all the lines were tight and that there were no leaks before he left. I would highly recommend Cody and Mr. Fix It Plumbing company.

Quick response to calls, professional staff and quality workmanship. Mr Fix It Plumbing was able to replace a burst water heater vrey quickly for me. Spoke and received a quote in the morning and had two workers out by mid-day to remove the broken water heater and install the new one. Will definitely reach out the next time I have plumbing needs.
