These guys averted a genuine crisis for us. My wife shorted out the power to half of our house at 8PM on a frigid January weeknight, and in our house, our heat is controlled by our electrical system. We tried flipping various breakers and trying all the other things you try when you’re cold and have only the most basic knowledge of electrical circuitry, and nothing worked to restore our home’s power. I called this company hoping to schedule a next day repair, and instead got connected directly to the owner Brad (hope I got that right!), who got on a FaceTime video call with us from his home and guided us step by step through troubleshooting the issue ourselves, telling us what to look for in every location and explaining what we should try next in layman’s terms, until our full power was back on. He refused to accept any payment for his work, but we would have been truly screwed without his assistance, so he’s worth his weight in gold to us. We’ll be customers for life.
