Khalil is the best. Figured out why our water bill has been so high while out to quote a washer dryer stacking project. Really impressed and happy

Good communication about when our technicians would be here and we've been happy with the service

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Green Energy. They show up within the time frame they schedule you for, lay out your options, and just get to work. Most recently, had to have the water heater replaced. Jhoshua came in and handled it in a few hours all by himself. He was professional, down to earth and did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Green Energy Mechanical delivered exceptional service from start to finish. They serviced my burner, arrived on time, explained every step clearly, and completed the work with excellent craftsmanship. I appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and the fact that they didn’t push unnecessary upgrades. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing, HVAC, or electrical service.

Buyer Beware - Green energy originally installed our mini split system. Initially, we were very happy. We had them come every six months to service our system. Fast-forward 6 years - During a routine visit, I mentioned one of our units was not as cold as it should be. It turns out all of the copper lines in our system were wrapped in faulty white insulation. This was a known defect and recall from the manufacturer, but we were never notified. The manufacturer has since gone bankrupt. There was a class action suit, but no one was able to collect any compensation. Green energy never notified us of the defect which I find fault with.

Green energy gave us a quote of $9000 for three sets of lines and they were going to “throw in” one set of lines for free and give us $1500 worth of refrigerant “for free”. I later found out that the amount of refrigerant that we would’ve needed for our condenser would’ve cost approximately $100.

We had to make the decision right there on the spot and they would be coming the next day. My husband and I could not make a $6000 decision in five minutes so we said we would discuss and get back to them. About 10 minutes later the service manager came knocking on our door with his manager on the phone and offered us at 10% discount . I told him $600 is not going to do it. He asked me what would and I said $4000. They dropped the price down to $4500 and we had to do the job the next day. I declined, again and told him I had to go to an appointment and could not make a decision that quickly. Two hours later they texted me with a $4000 quote. In the meantime, I spoke with another company and the next day they came to inspect the lines and came in with a quote of $3500. I really felt. I was getting the used car salesman, tactic, and being pressured to make a decision quickly for a significant amount of money. I did let them know in a more abbreviated format in the text survey that they sent. They did still send me an invoice for the cleaning of my system after all that

Scheduled an appointment back in May and they’ve cancelled and rescheduled it 3 times by calling the night before. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t gotten anyone out to service the AC.

DO NOT USE!!! I had an awful experience with Green Energy Mechanical. Their technician broke a gas shutoff valve during a simple repair, was unable to shut off the gas at the meter, and left the property with an active gas leak. The fire department had to shut down gas and electricity to the entire building. I was told the job was completed even though it wasn’t, and I had to hire another company to fix the damage. The gas valve they installed later failed and was installed incorrectly, and despite the work being under warranty, they ignored multiple no‑heat calls for days. I ended up paying additional contractors to correct their mistakes. Based on safety issues, poor workmanship, and lack of communication, I cannot recommend this company.
