The best of the best IMO. Very professional, great field teams, a bit pricy but worth it.

Exceptional service. Very solid group of contractors who are efficient. These guys don't drag their feet like some contractors. Also, very easy to communicate with the office to confirm appointments, adjust appointments, etc. All-around a great experience with Patriots Plumbing.

I called Patriot Plumbing because my sump pump stopped working and we had 6 inches of water in the basement. We rented a pump and started draining, Rob arrived an hour after I called. He replaced our pump, putting it in a bucket rather than just letting it sit in the dirt hole, he relit our gas water heater and made sure our dryer was working. We were thrilled everything was back and running and so thankful for his professionalism, we would definitely call Patriot Plumbing again!

We had Anthony, Jamir, Aaron and another guy (sorry I didn't get your name!) work with my apartment complex maintenance team to replace a burst water pipe.

    Pros:
    - Very professional and quick to respond, considering how big this task was and that my complex is apparently a new area that they're servicing
    - Nice and considerate employees. They were respectful of my home space and time.
    - THEY CLEANED BEFORE THEY LEFT EVERY DAY. This process took a total of 4 days, but they cleaned up every night when they finished. Literally the first time I've ever seen a maintenance-based team do this and I was SO appreciative.
    - They had to do a lot of work on the fly and the new piping that they installed was a masterpiece.
    - At the end of each day, someone always gave me a rundown of what they did, what they plan to do the next day, and a contact number in case I needed to get in touch with them. I wish my apartment maintenance staff would take some notes from them because Patriot Plumbing's communication is impeccable.

    Cons:
    - Unsure if there was miscommunication between the plumbing company and our maintenance staff, but this process took way longer than originally scoped due to getting the wrong parts, etc. I wish I would have asked for updates during the process because it was difficult to work from home that week and the process didn't give me much time to warn our neighbors about the noise.

Overall - I would highly highly recommend this company and their employees. I was very happy with the work they did and grateful for all their help!

Had a wonderful experience working with Patriot Plumbing. After six months of issues in our apartment complex, and two other plumbing companies providing no relief, PP correctly identified the issue and fixed it immediately. The plumber who came by was very attentive and respectful of our space, cleaning up after his work.

Early this morning we had a pipe burst in the wall of our apartment- this was a catastrophic experience, but JJ from Patriot was AMAZING. Truly our hero. Despite multiple set backs, JJ spent hours with us working with Steve from Northeastern Mechanical on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They even worked hard to clean up after themselves. Truly the best guys.

JJ from Patriot plumbing is fantastic, kind, and the best. We had a pipe burst at 3am in our apartment. JJ was the first to arrive and came as quick as possible. He showed up ready to work with no complaints and always was in a good mood. He spent hours working with Steve from Northeastern Mechanical on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They even fully cleaned the space they worked in; vaccumed the floors, sprayed down the countertops, and mopped up all the water and floors to be clean. Truly the best.

The plumber that did the work was excellent, worked hard and fast to get the job done. The issue is the billing department which has been my nightmare. Cant get an itemized bill, will not return my calls, I sent a check over 2 months ago just to get rid of them and they continue to bill anyway. Not sure how to resolve a billing issue if they wont return my calls. Never again for this reason

Company stole property from me. I pulled up to the residence and found my property in the back of their work van. Owner Mike then ducked my calls and I had to use *69 to which he answered on the first ring. Horrible company whose work was no better. Currently dealing with the police over this matter. Avoid at all costs.

the company did not show up to the appointment. I had scheduled my day around this appointment as I have heat. No courtesy call or any form of communication until I called a few hours later. I then made another appointment the following week. Spoke to Scott for a 7AM appointment then decided to not show up. Try them at your own risk. My tankless system they installed also failed after one year, that attest to their ability as plumbers.

Also, anyone who installs a tankless would know that EVERY TANKLESS SYSTEM needs an isolation valve for descaling. It was never installed. Come on.... that is just incompetence.

If I could give negative stars I would.

They were hired by a contractor who was hired by our homeowners insurance. They are not allowed back on our property and we seriously considered pressing charges/filing a police report.

The first time they came out was fine.

The second time they came out I got to listen to a poor guy get screamed and sworn at by Mike over the phone for about 15-20 minutes, after he did his best trying to fix a tricky situation that needed a special tool to finish.

The third time I don't know because no one was at the house. They entered our home without approval. They left the outside door ajar and the door to the construction area wide open, so our cat could have gotten out of the house or stuck/hurt in the construction area. No to mention that is breaking and entering, and the fear that someone had been in our home. We only realized it was the plumbers when we saw the issue from the prior visit was fixed.

They had tried to reach me but I couldn't answer as I was in meetings at work, they decided to enter anyway despite being told by the contractor to not enter unless we had given permission.

When confronted Mike said 'well you wanted it done, right?' and was so infuriatingly blasé about it all.

All involved know that we will not allow them to set foot in our home again, and we seriously considered pressing charges for breaking and entering
