Every person I dealt with at Casey- from the initial estimate to the install crew to the electricians, office staff, etc. were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They did everything they said they were going to do and did it on time and for the price agreed

Ended up going with Casey because they were the only company that pointed out a small adjustment in ductwork that was required to make the central AC system work (that was Bob during the initial estimate)

Very professional team. We had an oil furnace with hot water baseboard and central air 20 yrs old. We replaced these with a heat pump . The Casey team spent a lot of time designing the system and we are very happy with the outcome. The pricing is also very competitive. I would highly recommend them

When we contacted CaseyHVAC for an estimate for a new gas heating installation, Eric came quickly and offered his suggestions. Their quote was very reasonable when compared with others. Tech person Nick came for installation and did his job in a very professional way. He is a very knowledgeable person and clarified all our doubts. Marc, Jay and all others are very friendly and they took care of permit part. They helped in the MassSave rebate process too. We are so glad for choosing Casey for this job and we will definitely recommend them to others.

We used Casey HVAC to set up a second zone in our house, while installing AC and replacing the furnace. We were so impressed with their work and truly could not recommend them enough. They were very responsive and answered every question that we had. Even more so, they were very respectful of our property and always wore masks/followed COVID protocol. We feel as though we got a great value for what we received and would hire them again/recommend them to anyone!

I Recently used Casey Heating & AC at my home in Weymouth. I had received their contact through a friend in the trades and I was told "Dave Casey was the best". From the initial phone call, through the final install and rebate redemption paperwork, Dave and his team were outstanding.

I was having issues heating an apartment and needed to have an evaluation of my current heating system, and to look at alternative options for supplemental heat. Casey's team members took the time to walk through my house, look through all the systems and explain to me what they thought was happening, as well as offer me options as far as solutions. I quickly received pricing for the options I requested and upon making my decision was locked into their calendar soon there after. I Really could not have asked for a smoother process. On top of the service, I truly believe I received a superior product in terms of my ductless system.

I would highly recommend Casey and his team for any and all HVAC needs!

Our nanny had Casey install her AC system and she had recommended them to us - so hoping I can do the same.

We wanted to use a local company and Casey came out and gave us a quote very quickly; I even changed my mind twice on what we wanted to do and Casey wrote up the different quotes with pretty upfront pricing and financing options so I could easily weigh my options. We went with the Synchrony financing, which is a very easy process to complete right through their website.

From there, the install scheduling was accurately communicated and the installation guys showed up promptly just before 7am on the first day (and other days) to begin working. Due to covid we are both working from home and have a baby and nanny at home, and everyone that came to the house for the AC work was tremendously considerate of noise, communicating which rooms they had to cut down into and when, and was very careful about using drop cloths and vacuuming up after themselves. Took 2-3 days and at the end of each day, you couldn't even tell they were there.

Also (SO FAR) the AC system is money - makes the house very cool and comfortable even around ~72 degrees. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good words about my experience with Casey HVAC.
I was in dire straits in December 2023, going on my fourth contractor in order to determine why my 5 year old furnace was not providing heat to my home. Frustrated and nervous about the winter, I did a google search, found Casey and so grateful I did. The heat exchanger was so badly damaged, in addition to other things done by previous contractors, it was time for a new unit. Ryan was so courteous, professional, and helped me every step of the way in selection of a high efficiency Trane with 10 yr warranty, along with guiding me through the Mass save rebate process.
The team that performed the install was prompt, friendly, professional. Jeff even took the time to give me an overview of the unit and some of it's components. The entire experience really put me as ease and I'm no longer worried about waking up to no heat. I'll definitely be referring others to Casey HVAC.

Our Rheem furnace failed a couple of nights ago. I asked around; our neighbor and another HVAC company recommended Casey Heating and Air Conditioning. I called and they scheduled a tech visit for the next morning. In the mean time, the furnace started working again, stopped, then continued running.

Tony arrived as scheduled this morning and tested / evaluated the furnace, and recommended replacing the two air pressure switches. He was clearly experienced and we discussed other potential causes. In short; excellent service!

I highly recommend Casey Heating and Air Conditioning. I was truly impressed in their well organized process for install, site review of my home, and sales process. Everyone was truly professional. I was impressed by the installers and electricians who took the utmost care during the installation. They also went through how to use the system thoroughly. It’s apparent this a well run company which can at times be difficult to find when dealing with contractors.

We had our existing furnace kick the bucket and were without heat in early November. It was a difficult time of year to even get a call back. We saw that Casey was well reviewed from a few different sources so I gave them a call. Mark got back to us the same day and scheduled someone to come out later that week. We received our estimate and decided to hire them. We were expecting a cold snap and the team at Casey was able to juggle their schedule a little bit to get the removal and install done before the temps bottomed out. The demo team arrived right on time and had the old machine out before lunch time. The new furnace was dropped off and the electrician came for the afternoon install. They were out and all cleaned up by 3pm. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We were up and running and paid them the rest of what we owed. The estimate was right on and ended up being exactly what we paid. After the checks had been cashed their office manager contacted me and had signed everything up for warranty protection. She mentioned she found a rebate available through MassSave and had me send some current utility bills so she could apply for the rebate. I was blown away by that level of follow through after the job had been completed and payments were made. It certainly gives me comfort knowing how they do business if we need support for the system in the future. Very good experience with Casey Heating and Air Conditioning from start to finish.

After finding out that we couldn't use our current furnace due to a cracked Heat Exchanger Casey HVAC came to the rescue. We decided on a furnace upgrade and Heat pump installation. Casey HVAC helped us with the process and as soon as we gave them the go ahead they pushed our furnace upgrade to the front of the line so we would have heat coming into the cold season. Casey HVAC was professional, helpful, informative and efficient. We had Heat within a day and the new Heat Pump was installed quicker than we expected. They files all of the proper paperwork for us to receive our rebates and because they were so efficient we will be able to achieve our Fed tax credits this year. I highly recommend Casey HVAC for all of you heating and air conditioning needs.

Casey’s was great! All the workers were friendly and responsive to questions. They always arrived on time, and cleaned up at the end of the day. We’re so thankful to have this knowledge team help us with our new central air install, our new water heater install, and duct vents for our lower level. This team is wonderful to work with. My drip pan started to overflow from my attic and I called Casey HVAC and they came right down and fixed the issue immediately. I highly recommend them.

Had been shopping around for a reputable company to install (after years of saving) a new furnace and central air conditioner system. Met with 5-6 companies, it was big expense so wanted to make sure we would not be let down. Needless to say after meeting with Bob and realizing a company like Casey does still exist a company that has well educated first contacts that answers every question right off the top of their head because they know the answer. That brings us to the installation. Awesome!! “Yeah we start the install at 7:00am” sure I’ve heard that before but 6:45 Nick and Mike are in front of the house ready to go. They started and didn’t take a break until all the old equipment was removed and cleared out and ready for the new. I could go on and on but when I read reviews and I do, it’s important to me to understand the whole story. Let’s just sum it up by Mike and Nick kept going electricians showed up right on time looking professional did nice clean work and the system was beautiful and ready to go by 4:00pm. We love it so much more efficient like Bob said and quite. Took the opportunity to install a Trane Clean Effects air filter system and glad we did. Casey professionals were responsive and helpful at every stage of my project to install a ducted heat pump HVAC system for my older home. They were willing to work with me to qualify for a state program with a fast-approaching deadline to apply for funding to defray my costs. Their installation timeline was quick, in comparison to the estimates of competing contractors. Their crew were very personable and professional and answered my questions and responded to my requests. Office staff were also very responsive in providing needed documentation to complete the funding process. I would highly recommend Casey HVAC.

Extremely happy with this company. They came on time and even earlier
than expected to get the job done. Professional in every aspect. Replacing the furnace and removing the old one in the attic was a task which was completed in 1 1/2 days. The hook up took another day and everything was up and running great! Just in time before winter. I recommend Casey Heating and Air Conditioning if you want the job done right!

Bob was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions and provided us with a quote / contract quickly. Dave was friendly and informative when taking measurements / sku’s from the old unit for the new inventory list. Chris and Jorge our installers were fantastic! I'm very happy with the entire process that Casey provided. Their timeline was very compact as compared with other AC installers. As well, they are very well organized when it comes to bringing equipment on site, the installation phase and the removal of unused supplies and refuse. Both of our installers were very careful moving around our home and inquired with us when questions arose. The project manager was great to work with and found a way to install that suited our needs.

I called my regular company that had installed and serviced my system for 10 years. They never called back.

I saw the Casey truck on my way home from work. (I have a friend named Casey and considered it a sign) The woman who answered the phone was friendly and booked an appointment for 5 days later on a Saturday, she told me the cost, which was LESS than the previous company.

They did unfortunately have to reschedule the Saturday appointment, which was fine. My goal - get it serviced before it gets COLD.

The window for arrival was 1 pm - 4 pm. the tech arrived promptly at 1 pm (lucky for sure). Very pleasant and knowledgeable. The preformed the work, showed me deficiencies that may cause issues in the future, stated a quote would be sent for the deficiencies. Luckily the deficiencies would not affect the system, and were not urgent.

I am warm and toasty just in time for the soft freeze, enjoying a hot tea and a book! Thank you Casey - and Casey.

Eric came to do our initial walk through. He took us through the entire process explaining everything as he went and answering all of our questions and there were many.

We knew that it was going to be a couple of weeks before starting the project but they kept us informed the entire time of when they would be arriving and arrived as promised.

Dion managed the project and they were amazing. They showed up early, worked the entire day through some pretty hot days, and vacuumed everything so that you couldn't tell they were even in the home.

We love our new system and we highly recommend Casey for any of your air conditioning or heating needs.

Company was quick to respond to initial and follow up calls/ e-mails. We needed a new gas heater and ac. Replacing oil for gas. This was mid January and we only had heat in half of the house. Casey HVAC was aware of this and made sure he got to us ASAP. Installation process was fantastic. Professional and nice guys working for them. Nick and Mike were sent to do our system. Great guys. Did great work. Nice, professional employees, all around good guys. Can’t really say anything wrong about this company. Everything went smoothly and in a very quick manner. Work was clean, correct and all around well done. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
