I called to have a plumber come out to service a leak in our toilet. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and very informative. The plumber came out and assessed the situation told me what he thought was going on, even waited a little bit to make sure it was what he thought. He fixed the leak but explained everything that he was doing so I could understand.He was very professional and very personable. I even had my two young grandsons here who are obsessed with tools and he was so nice to them even letting them see his cool toolbox!!!I will definitely use Stefani again and I would recommend them to anyone who asked , great company.

Representative was on time, very courteous and cleaned up afterward. Clearly explained what happens after the water heater installation. I highly recommend this company.

Stefani did extensive rough and finish plumbing for us for a remodel, and also a complete heating installation and mini-split relocation. Outstanding service - highly recommended.

Very personable, competent, and completed the job in a very timely manner. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with an in-depth explanation as to what was causing the problem. Great service, great people. Had a water tank start to fail, couldn't get cold water inlet to tank to shut off, so couldn't drain tank. Keith was here within an hour, and took care of problem in under 10 minutes. The basement never flooded. Thank you, Stefani!

I have used Stefani for plumbing, but most recently for HVAC service, and I’m really glad I did. I needed a second opinion after my central AC was failing and my usual techs said it wasn’t fixable . But PJ from Stefani was able to get it back up and running! He was really helpful and informative. I’ll be using Stefani for my HVAC service moving forward.

I was extremely satisfied with the service Andy provided. It was a complicated situation due to the location of the leaks and he took the additional steps beyond plumbing to resolve the issue. Based upon his efforts I wouldn't hesitate to use Stefani again if needed and I will refer to others if the occasion arises.
