Aidan was on time, professional and kind! He reached out to me in advance to confirm the type of garbage disposal I had to ensure he had the necessary items to fix or replace it upon arrival. While here he was helpful in explaining what the issue was and even showed me how to fix simple future issues should I run into any. Aidan also covered his shoes and wore a mask while here which I really appreciated since we have a baby in the crawling stage who is constantly on the ground. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of this visit and the outcome. Will absolutely use this company again for any future issues. Thank you again!

I had the pleasure of finding Z plumberz for my recent bathroom, plumbing needs. When Jonathan came out to diagnose the problem, he did so with the utmost care. Jonathan was committed to making sure that I understood what needed to happen next and why. Their pricing structure was clear, fair, and effectively communicated with me.

During my next visit, where the actual work was performed, Jonathan completed the job efficiently and quickly. He was able to explain to me why the previous/old parts and systems in my bathroom were no longer granting me access to water. I encountered a challenging repair with my imported, wall-mounted toilet that featured a concealed tank. It was quite a complex task to tackle. Fortunately, after a thorough online search, I discovered Z Plumberz. The plumber, Justin, who came to resolve the issue, did an outstanding job.

Justin came out for routine maintenance to flush our tankless water heater. He was on time, set expectations up front, then worked diligently to finish the job in a quality manner including a review of his work at the end.

This was our 3rd time using Z Plumberz and we always have a positive experience! The team is knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. We scheduled a dishwasher installation and it turned out to be slightly more complicated and Justin was great in explaining the details and whole process. The last time we had Z Plumber was for a drainage issue. The plumber (I couldn’t remember his name) spent 2 hr trying to diagnose the issue, but it was more complicated. He felt bad charging us for the work and talked to his manager and ended up refunding us for the fee. The ZPlumberz team is kind and honest and we will be their loyal customers for years to come!

Justin was great and a Toto expert. Installed a toilet with bidet and his plan work and estimate was one third of what another plumber proposed. Very quick response, estimate and work done. Can do guy and so easy to work with!!

The customer relations/support team was very responsive. They were able to get someone out earlier than expected to do a quick estimate and do the work the next day to resolve a nonfunctional shower valve. Larry was great, personable, and flexible. He explained what needed to be done clearly and which parts were needed. I ended up getting the parts myself and had him do a few additional upkeep-type plumbing work I've been putting off for a while. Pricing was reasonable as well, especially for the quality of service and work.

Larry and team were very prompt and helpful in explaining what the root cause of the leakage in my kitchen sink was and effectively fixing it. The guys were very professional and pleasant to deal with and the service was fairly priced. I’ll be recommending everyone to reach out to this company for your repair and installation needs.

I called the number and got an actual person on the line who very nicely offered appointments much sooner than I even needed them! Zach came out to the house and provided a very fast and honest opinion, it is refreshing to have some consideration and honesty in this industry. He clearly wasn’t looking to make a profit, but rather do the right thing.

ZPLUMBERZ of Greater Boston is amazing. Have used them twice and had a plumber install toilet, hook up bathroom sink and install kitchen garbage disposal. I was able to make an appointment within 3 days each time, the plumber was experienced, personable and did a great job. Cleaned up, explained what he was doing and asked it I had questions. Not having to wait weeks just for someone to call me back is absolutely wonderful and to get an appointment to quickly is such a relief. One the initial call was made, someone called me back with an hour or two to set up the appt. in my area. Reasonable prices and you can pay on line. I highly recommend them!

Aidan did an awesome job for us. It was an emergency situation and he showed up faster than expected. He diagnosed the issue right away and fixed things quickly. Quick turnaround from call and professional installation. Had to come back for a quick fix after install, which was done within 24 hours of the call and free of charge.

Justin is an excellent plumber and did a great job getting our shower back into service and our main line filter installed.
