We went with Dodge after they worked on my parents' house. The job took longer than expected to get started (manufacturing and shipping delays!), but they completed the work in a timely manner, operating around our ever-busy household schedule. We also had a quick problem right after install and they responded to emails over the weekend, and Keith was here right on Monday morning. I'm glad we went with Dodge Heating and Cooling!

We worked with Dodge to have an Electric heat pump system put in which would also operate as our Central AC unit. They were prompt and professional, Keith was clear throughout the process, and Mae from the office was also extremely communicative. They also installed a new wall unit above our garage, linking it to our condensers for the main air handlers. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC/heating/cooling systems.

The motor in my central air unit broke and Keith ordered the new motor and brought a window unit for us to borrow until the new part arrived. Once it arrived, Justin and AJ installed it and confirmed everything was working. Everyone was really nice and helpful!

We woke up to a cold house and had no idea why the heat wouldn’t turn on. We put a call into Dodge Cooling and Heating in hopes of them being able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Their office employee was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and right away got us on one of their technicians schedule. Within a couple hours we were notified that the technician was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was professional and courteous, moving throughout our home respectfully. We could not be any more satisfied and will share our positive experience with as many people as we can! You won’t find a better company out there when you’re in need of assistance.

Great experience with Dodge from sales to installation. We had a central house AC / Heat Pump installed in an old Victorian. This was a very complex install and they did a great job. The whole team were professionals from start to finish. Highly recommend Dodge!

Keith Dodge and his team are fantastic! They do the job right the first time and provided excellent work quality. I had a couple of questions and Keith responded to my text with a phone call within 2 minutes. I will be using them for many years to come as my service provider.

During the hot part of this season this month. My blower motor went. I called Dodge cooling and heating. They sent their man Jason down. He went over my system and assessed that the blower motor had expired.. Had to order a new motor for this system. When the motor came in, found out that the blades weren’t working. Keith got together and came in with Jason looked at the system corrected. It got it fixed. Thank you very much Dodge cooling and heating keep in your team. Jason and the ladies in the office you guys are fantastic.

I called Dodge after finding them on Google. They were very professional and efficient and had someone to my house with a few hours. The technician was personable and knowledgeable and made this homeowner very happy with a quick repair

Lost my AC on a blistering hot night call Dodge. They were there the next morning on time fixed it and on their way.

In December 2023, I needed my entire heating and cooling system replaced. Dodge Cooling and Heating was responsive during the quoting process. They helped me chose the right system for me and installed it without a hitch. The crew was knowledgeable and courteous and we love our new system. That is not where the story ends. Navigating the mass save rebate process has been so very challenging. Mae at Dodge has gone above and beyond to ensure that my family receive the correct rebate. I cannot say enough about the customer service provided at Dodge Cooling and Heating. Best around by far.

I was referred to Dodge Cooling and Heating after a bad experience with another company. Dodge was able to come to my place and due routine maintenance on my AC, heater, and hot water system at a very reasonable price without gimmicks. They were very professional and highly recommend them.

The Dodge Cooling and Heating team came on time. Inspected and identified the issue. Once the parts arrive they will continue the work. They were very professional and thoroughly clean once the work was done. They were also very polite and nice.

The technician showed up at the scheduled time and she was pleasant and professional. She did the work that was expected and made a "pressure free" suggestion of other work to make our system cleaner and more efficient. We will schedule that along with a/c service. Office staff (Mae) was easy to talk to and scheduled a timely appointment. We are happy to be working with Dodge Heating and Cooling.

The technicians did a great job in solving the HVAC issue we had. Several companies either did not work on commercial buildings, charges very high fees, or did not know how to solve the issue. Justin, one of the techs, was very courteous and answered all questions I had. Great company

After being told by some big national company that my evaporator coil was too dirty to be cleaned and I would need an expensive replacement part, I reached out to Dodge for a second opinion. I had an appointment within 2 days. A technician had it cleaned as good as new in a hour. Everyone that helped me was great, totally recommend.

I called for help with a repair and the team was at my house within an hour, and they had to drive an hour to get here. In a word everyone was fabulous. From Mae who made arrangements immediately for the team to come to the house, to Courtney and AJ who figured out the problem (roofing not HVAC) everyone was terrific. Dodge is consistently responsive, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them!
