The electrician came in to fix a simple issue of a fan timer in the bathroom. Then he told me the light switch is not working and can’t fix it in the same day. And it would cost me more than double to repair it. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct any business. And both the electrician and the front office said it was my fault. I have two witnesses that the light was working just prior to the electrician arriving. They hung on me three times when I was trying to resolve the situation. Now I’m without a light switch. I believe that this is a scam company.
