LaCroix Heating and Cooling gave me a price that was far below competitors for the exact same equipment. They chose the more difficult (but less visible) installation location at no additional cost. VERY highly recommended.

This past spring (2021) it was time to retire a 25 year old central air conditioning system at my home. Being a longtime real estate broker I have developed many contractor contacts that would be capable of replacing the conventional two zone air conditioning system. Being a conscientious homeowner, I wanted to maximize the energy efficiency and be ready to add solar panels sometime in the future.
After some research, I discovered that Fujitsu made a “super high efficiency” heat pump system that both would hot and cool the house. This system is new to the market and none of my existing contractor HVAC contacts had the knowledge or expertise to install this new technology.
After combing the internet and making a number of phone calls I chose Lacroix Heating & Cooling to install the two zone Fujitsu heat pump system which would be integrated into my existing ductwork. I can say with all honesty we couldn’t be more pleased with the new system and work performed by Wes Lacroix and his crew! The install was challenging given it that it had just been introduced to the market, but the Lacroix team through ingenuity and persistence installed and fine-tuned this state of the art heat pump. Honest, hard-working and smart best describe Wes Lacroix and his team from Lacroix Heating and Cooling. Call them for your next HVAC project, you will not be disappointed!

I contacted Wes to help with a cooling issue with two mini-split units that were installed by another Fujitsu dealer and I was far more satisfied with the service he and his crew provided. For starters, Wes immediately answered my call and an was punctual while following up to schedule an appointment. He was early (not late) and very professional. He took time to explain the issue and resolution and even provided some preventative maintenance. I will certainly be using Wes for all my heating & cooling needs.

The team at LaCroix is excellent every step of the way, not only installing my new equipment quickly and with minimal disruption, but also helping me with paperwork that would otherwise have baffled me. Highly recommended!

We have used Lacroix twice now for mini split installations in two of our homes. They did an outstanding job and highly recommend them!

I had some failing electric baseboards that I didn't want to invest in so I called for some minisplits. I reached out to LaCroix on a Tuesday. They came out 2 days later to provide a quote, and got the install done the next day.

At every point through the process I was communicated with, and all of the appointments were kept on time.

The installation was neat and clean. Other than seeing the new units, you can't even tell they were here.

They were great to deal with installing our heat pump and helped with the mass save processes. The installation was smooth. Neat and fast. I would recommend them any time.

We had Wes from Lacroix Heating & Cooling remove and replace an entire furnace and A/C system. Straight up honest answers. Very knowledgeable. Just a great experience from start to finish with Wes. And he came in lower than some other bidders.

You can tell that you are dealing with the owner of a company. And it is a company that he cares about. The positive attitude is just the beginning.

Follow through is what counts, and he gets that too.

It is rare these days to find a contractor that delivers a "Home Run" - well, we got our Home Run!!!

Wes and his team were amazing. From the quote process, to the patience w/ the Mass Save loan and rebates they were flexible, knowledgeable, and great to work with! We installed a 4 head mini split unit inside of our split level home and it has been amazing. The work by Wes and his team was great, they communicated the whole time, respected my home and their price was very reasonable. Since we put in the units we have had three friends consider the system because of how nice they work. We waited three months to write this review because we did not want to rush to judgement - we are more impressed with the units every day!

If you are considering an upgrade or mini-splits, give Wes a call!!

After getting past some issues with a new AI office phone system, I was able to reach the company and the follow up response has been impressive. Brian, the Service Technician came out the next day and went over the system until he found the probable cause of the problem. Diana, the Office Manager, also did a terrific job in responding to the earlier issues and addressing all concerns to make this right. Very pleased with the outcome.

I shopped for the best price and based on referrals - the highest quality service I could find . Thankfully I found La Croix Heating and Cooling . The crew came today and did everything the owner (Wes) promised when he came to my house for the estimate . They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable.
Right now I'm sitting in quiet comfort while the humidity is rising outside !! As part of their follow up the staff is now helping me process the rebate paperwork . I couldn't be happier with the service or the cost !

Excellent service done on my heat pump/split mini system.

LaCroix did a full-home heating replacement at my single family house in Natick. I had two central AC condensers, ductwork, and an oil burner (forced hot air). The ACs were getting long in the tooth and oil is pricey so I replaced the ACs with heat pumps and backup heat strips for the super cold days. I had three quotes and LaCroix was the fairest. The team of installers also took care to re-use existing wiring boards to save me some money even though it was not easy as they were a little quirky. Great experience overall and would easily recommend - thank you to Brian, Sean and Jim for all the work on the installs, wiring, and cleanup. They also helped with the MASS SAVE incentives/paperwork (I got a HEAT loan and also the whole-home heat replacement rebate.) Highly recommended.

LaCroix provided VERY competent hard working installers for our 6 indoor minisplits and two outdoor units by Fujitsu. They completed the job on s schedule, the system works well, heats the house comfortably and is QUIET. Their price was the best we received and the estimate allowed us to qualify for a MassSave 7 year interest free heat loan. We are VERY satisfied.
