I had a plumbing emergency this weekend and Hartnett was the only plumber that responded on the wknd and came over right away. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will be calling them again.

Our regular plumber retired and he recommended calling Hartnett. They were fully booked but squeezed us in to look at a water heater problem the same day!

Everyone at Hartnett Plumbing is an absolute class act! Last night our pipes froze solid in the freak Arctic freeze. Laura in the main office was incredibly responsive and gracious first thing on a Saturday morning, and Josh was extraordinarily helpful in getting our plumbing back up and running (no mean feat). We live in an old house with a number of complex plumbing and heating systems, and Josh didn't miss a beat. He took pains to give me detailed instructions on how to use and protect our systems most effectively. I really cannot say enough good things about these folks! We've only ever had excellent experiences with them over the years, and their fees are reasonable given their level of expertise and professionalism. A+!

They were a lifesaver. My pipes were frozen they came the same day. Helped to resolve the situation as best as they could, my pipe situation is very complicated. Communication was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Thank you!!!!

So happy with Hartnett. Plumbing and Heating Yesterday, we had an issue changing the whole house water filter which necessitated turning off the water. as the housing was leaking but wasn't safely removable. I called and left a message and both Laura in the office and Tristan in the field got in touch and they were here within 2 hours. Brandon and Tristan could not have been more kind, competent and genuinely interested in helping us. We discussed another project and will be getting an estimate. And they coached me on how to do a maintenance task myself and how to avoid the situation with the water filter going forward. Highly recommend! PS we have used them for several projects large, small and emergency, all with great results. Wonderful to have plumbers one can count on at any time!

Had work done on several properties. Installation of plumbing for install of Clothes washer, dishwasher, sinks, toilets, water heater replacement, installation of new Buderus Boiler and replaced filtration system for well water.
Excellent work with a very timely response. Price was very competitive and personnel were very knowledgeable and professional.

sThis company and the plumber that came today are the greatest. We were in the midst of the biggest snowstorm in years but that didn't stop you guys. You were on your way about an hour after my call. My driveway wasn't plowed, but the plumber didn't mind. No bad vibes from him. He just trudged the snow with his tools, found the leak quickly (it was hidden behind a wall) and fixed it, all the while being friendly and cheerful. I can't thank you and the plumber enough. I would use your services again in a minute. You are the best.

Hartnett does not service pool heaters but giving 3 stars because they called me back and even recommended another company who may. Would absolutely call them again!
