Repeat customer. Pete replaced my hot water heater after a basement flood took out my old one - very professional, and did the job quickly.

Pete and his crew were excellent at there jobs. As well as always on time. With constant notifications and scheduling from Sandra in the office.

The 2 guys were good. Didn't mind me watching and questioning. I asked about a well pipe and they called in Pete, who fixed it up. I have also used them to fix a rental for me. I will use them again.

I can’t say enough about how great Pete and Sandra are to work with. We started a project to remodel our kitchen in Fall 2020. Not only were they incredibly responsive when we needed them, they worked with our other trades with ease coordinating what we needed during a stressful renovation. Pete also helped identify a few areas we weren’t aware of in our basement that could have led to big problems down the road - he fixed them before we had issues which we so appreciated. If you are looking for a really great, family owned plumbing and heating company that you will actually enjoy working with and having in your home - this is the company to go with. They get what great customer service is about and have an experienced, trusted approach to their work. We will not use anyone else!

Installed farmhouse sink and bar sink - vented to code through our roof in an aesthetically pleasing way that did not interfere with the look of our house.

We will be hiring Pete’s Plumbing and Heating to help us our with bringing gas to our backyard fireplace/grill in the spring and installing a smart water filtration system. When we are ready for new bathrooms we will be calling them too! Thank you Pete and Sandra!!!

We began using Pete's Plumbing shortly after moving into our house twenty-two years ago. I worked in the trades for about ten years after college, and I've experienced many plumbing companies. Pete's is the only company I'll call for my family home because they've always provided professional, on-time service. Pete doesn't make it out to our house in person as much as his company has grown, but his employees have all provided a high level of service.

Pete's plumbing came to the rescue this week in helping us replace a broken dishwasher in a rental property and they did so in record time. In total they came three times, ones to assess the situation, once to disconnect and once to install the new dishwasher. They were extremely kind and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to refer them to my friends and family. Our tenants were very happy with their work and with their new dishwasher.

Great operation. I'm writing from a small, independent grocery store down the road. We've used Pete for stuff as simple as toilet keeps running; as complicated as some of the piping in our commercial kitchen. The one guy, and on weekends his wife answers the phone. Never hasn't been prompt, courteous, and professional.

They never replied back. When I called them, they put me on hold and disconnected the call.

I had an error code on a Rene tankless water heater occur which caused cold water, this was an error code 10, which one I looked it up, said an obstruction in the airflow, when the plumber showed up with his assistant, I told him the error code, he kept insisting that it was the igniter, and he replaced it, he did a backflush maintenance which was required, almost $1000 bill, two days later at the same error code and Coldwater, so then thousand dollar bill did no good, it was misdiagnosed , I’m moving onto someone else

Project was to move an easily accessible toilet water line approximately 6 inches. They gave me a quote for $990. I sent detailed photos showing how easily accessible both sides of the wall were to ensure they were quoting the right job. After more than a month with no response, they finally confirmed that the $990 was their price. I had it done for $200 with a different plumber. I would not recommend them both for price and lack of customer service / responsiveness.
