I called Black Onyx when my furnace decided it was done with winter and quit on the coldest night of the year. At first, I tried the classic homeowner fix—aggressively pushing buttons and whispering threats—but that didn’t work. So, I called the professionals.

Igor showed up faster than I expected, looking like a man who had seen it all: confused thermostats, rebellious AC units, and desperate homeowners in seven layers of clothing. He took one look at my furnace, gave a knowing sigh, and got to work like a doctor performing emergency surgery.

In less than an hour, my house went from “Arctic tundra” to “cozy ski lodge.” Igor even took the time to explain what went wrong, though I mostly just nodded while being distracted by the warmth returning to my fingers.

Would I recommend Black Onyx? Absolutely. Will I ever take my heating system for granted again? Not a chance. Thanks for saving me from having to wear a parka indoors!

Black Onyx stepped right in to fill the need all while keeping pricing to budget needs. Their service exceeded expectation. Not only are they expedient with full replacements but just as efficient for any repair big or small related to plumbing and HVAC.
