We lost heat overnight and George from Horan Oil came out quickly and fixed the problem fast. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and had everything working again within an hour. Really appreciate the great service.

Thank you for such a quick response and resolution to our “no heat” issue. Our technician Matt called back right away and with just a few questions had the right diagnosis. Paul was very courteous and professional. He went out of his way to explain the root cause of our issue and advised on preventative maintenance strategies that were within our control. We are new to mini splits and chose MacFarlane as that service was included in addition to traditional oil.

I had a problem with my heating during the recent cold snap and Mike from MacFarlane Energy came by and fixed the problem. He explained what happened, fixed it, and was very pleasant. I have high praise for Mr. Wayne during this cold season that we’ve been having I contacted MacFarlane and they were able to dispatch Mr. Wayne. He reached out to me and informed me when he was going to arrive when he did arrive he was very professional well informed in regards for what was needed the oil burner need a new spark fuse which he had on hand. Overall I would highly recommend this company they responded in a timely manner and Mr. Wayne knew exactly how to resolve the issue.

MacFarlane's been great and their service program saved us when we did have a problem a year ago when we needed an emergency fix at night and it didn't cost us anything.

Mike came out and diagnosed the problem within minutes and recommend the fix. He completed his work quickly and explained everything he was doing. He did a great job.
