I can’t say enough good things about Charlie Murphy and his professionalism. He’s completed two projects for my wife and me, and both experiences were excellent. He’s extremely punctual, communicates clearly, and is just an all-around genuine person to work with. Highly recommend!

Charlie replaced our hot water heater, giving a fair quote and sticking to it. He did quality work, figuring out a tricky pipe situation with a tank that didn't stand as tall. He was on time, has a courteous demeanor, and made sure everything was working well before departing.

Charlie replaced a drainage pipe in a bathroom of our house. The pipe was under the sink and inside the wall. Charlie gave us an honest estimate and we agreed on the price. Since the pipe is inside the wall, there might be surprise which may make the work harder. Charlie said he would absorb the surprise if it happens. His promise made us comfortable to work with him. Then he came to work on it on his earliest available date. He was able to finish the work within one day. Most importantly, he opened the minimum areas on the wall and ceilings. I would definitely call Charlie again if my house has other plumbing problems in the future (hope there is no other problems, keep my fingers crossed!)

We contracted Charlie to be our plumber for our plumbing needs because he offered fair pricing for his work. He installed a sink and shower fixtures in a bathroom remodel, which work and look great. He also installed a much needed utility sink, which has also been working very well. Aside from installation, he also repaired for us a leaky shut off and slow faucet drain. Charlie was professional and very clear about his plans for fixing the problems, so there was no misunderstanding about anything. Highly recommend his services.

Charlie helped us unclogged the kitchen pipe on the day we called him. He is extremely professional and very polite. He did an amazing job for us at a fair price. We definitely will use him again in future.

My fiancé and I recently purchased a home and needed to redo the bathroom. Charlie helped us out with the plumbing work on this bathroom remodel. He installed new shower hardware, new water shutoffs, a new toilet, O-ring and the vanity. He also fixed our shower/tub drain toggle in this bathroom which was not easy. It was also a tricky vanity/drain to deal with but Charlie made it happen.

He is great local plumber who is friendly, professional and offers fair prices. I will continue to use Charlie over the years as other plumbing needs arise. Thank you, Charlie!

I highly recommend Charlie! We have a very old house, and Charlie was recommended to us by our realtor for any and all plumbing needs. In the 6 years we’ve been in our house, he has helped us with clogged drains, inefficient submersible pumps, leaky pipe joints, an old toilet refurbishment, an espresso cup stuck in the garbage disposal in the sink, and many other assorted projects. His attention to detail is second to none; he is kind, professional, and cares deeply about solving whatever problem is ailing us! Recently, we had an ordeal that started with a bad shut-off valve and a subsequent water outage, which was shortly followed by a pipe frozen somewhere between the street and the house. Charlie was available at all hours to help us out. He called to check in many times and made multiple trips back to the house, sometimes late at night. He also coordinated with Boston Water and truly went above and beyond to help until our water was restored. I am grateful for Charlie’s help and enthusiastically recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!
