I have been having a problem
Where my gutter pipe would overflow and I would have a pool in my back yard. I called Boston Drain they came out I wasn’t sure they could help but they snakes out the outside drain pipe which was thoroughly clogged. They made sure it was clear all the way down and made no mess.

Called on a Saturday for a blocked kitchen drain,. I got a return call quickly and Mark was at my house within an hour! An hour later my problem was fixed. Professional, skilled and well priced.

Mike is absolutely the finest tech ever. We have some non-standard plumbing, and he was able to diagnose and genuinely **fix** things so that the problems have not come back, after months.

As a property manager I have been using Boston Drain over the years for clogs. One of our properties is over 40 years old and has all cast iron pipes going every which way... it is certainly not an easy job to snake whenever there is an issue. We rely on Boston Drain because they are timely, they always show up when they say they will, and they have been 100% successful on every clog (and we have had some bad ones!)

We had a broken pipe on the outside of our house that was causing all the sewage to back up into house. Called Boston Drain and they were quick to send someone out to clear the clog where they discovered the broken pipe amd I also had a sagging pipe under my livingroom floor.. They gave me an estimate on the spot and sent two teams out the next day to fix it. One team for the outside excavating the ground and another team to dig through my concrete floor. They were in and out in a few hours and cleaned up nicely after themselves. This is the best place to go for all of your plumbing needs. I'll never go to Roto Router again. They are extremely overpriced and try to push services on you that you don't need. Chris, Juan, Kyle and Tim thank you for all of your hard work.

We had a bathroom tub and sink drain issue that home remedies could not resolve. Gabriel and Eduardo (apologize if I misspelled the names) came by and quickly understood the problem and started to fix the issues. Both gentlemen were patient and quick to resolve the issues. They even provided me with plumbing knowledge and preventative advice. We also had a problem with our toilet, and they were able to quickly determine what the issue was and how to fix it. Both gentlemen provided a wonderful service, and we will certainly reach out to them again if we have any plumbing issues.

The team at Boston Drains were awesome. Super responsive - we were trying to get a permit from the city of Cambridge and needed a sewer inspection done. Gabe came out the next day and scoped the sewer and sent the video to us the following day. Super friendly and efficient !

These guys really saved the day! We heard the dreaded sink gurgle and soon after we got standing water in the basement due to a massive clog in old clay pipes. We, unfortunately, wasted some time hiring the wrong crew before Boston Drain was recommended to me. I will never call anyone else again. These guys are the experts on old Boston sewer lines. Chris and crew showed up, diagnosed the problem within minutes and our troubles were over in just 2 days! Lateral line replaced (and improved with new clean out). Couldn’t be happier with the work done - Thanks guys!

Boston Drain is an outstanding company. We are a five unit condo in a 150 year old house on the Boston line. Unfortunately for us, the drain pipes are 150 years old and we were experiencing problems. Other outfits were befuddled by the inability to visualize the entire line. Gabriel, a senior tech diagnosed the problem swiftly. He had seen it in many old homes in and around Boston. Chris, the manager, was honest and realistic as he told us the grim news. The entire line was corroded beyond repair.

Excavation had to be done. Juan led a team that at times consisted of twelve men with two jackhammers. By having this large crew, the process could be completed in several days. This minimized the time we in the basement unit had to evacuate. New PVC sewer pipes were installed, and the three foot deep trench was filled and cemented.

The dust and dirt churned up by all of this was extraordinary. But they did not leave the site until the walls, floors and even ceilings were cleaned, even painted.

No one wants or expects to need this work done. But it is hard to imagine anyone doing it as efficiently or compassionately as Boston Drain.

A couple of months ago, my basement exploded with a terrible sewage backup. It turned out that the cast iron pipes under my house and into the front yard had disintegrated. I was so fortunate that my plumber recommended Boston Drain. They came immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly with precision, kindness, and thoroughness, and had a crew working here right away. They also recommended a great company, who also came immediately to clean up the mess. The Boston Drain crew that worked here was polite, fun, hard working, and definitely knew their business. The pipe replacement in my home was complicated, and they did an excellent job. In addition, I needed extensive and detailed documentation to get full insurance reimbursement for the work outside the house (work inside the house is not covered). Boston Drain was terrific in spending the time to provide that, so I could get the full reimbursement to which I was entitled.
