From the first handshake to the final cleanup, our experience with this company was exceptional. They installed our central air along with two split systems, and every step showed they take pride in their work. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care.

I work from home, and they went out of their way to respect my schedule, patiently waiting until I finished calls before asking questions. That level of consideration is rare, and it speaks volumes about their professionalism.

Beyond the installation itself, they explained how to operate and maintain the systems so we could maximize comfort and energy efficiency. The difference in air quality and cooling is immediate, and it's clear they use quality equipment paired with expert craftsmanship.

New Era is a great Company to work with. I can say for a fact that they are very flexible and responsive. They work with you through out the way. The 2 individuals I have worked with was Taryn (Back Office) and Neil (sales). Unlike other companies they are very approachable and personable. The thing I liked most is you can text or call them and they will be there to answer your questions and help you out in any way they can. Honestly I went around the block looking for Quotes to replace both my A/C and Hvac and I can tell you for a fact that if you want a great service for a great price then look no further! Go with New Era they are the best!

Had a leaking water heater over the weekend. New era was the first company with availability and were able to replace the water heater the same day. Steven was quick, professional and nice to work with.

Stephen, the plumber, and the office staff were courteous and eager to get my heating problem fixed . Stephen was knowledgeable and efficient . He explained and demonstrated the problem . Despite some glitches my heating problem was fixed to my satisfaction.

Steven and all the guys that have worked over at my house have been absolutely awesome to work with! I’ve had a few unexpected plumbing issues come up over at my house in the last couple months and New Era has honestly been so smooth and pleasant to work with. They get appointments booked right away, are fair priced and can often do the work upon the initial visit which is a huge help. Really great company that I trust and enjoy working with each time, great job guys!

Steve L. New Era, was at our house to fix the leaking shower head. He is such a friendly person and did an excellent job. Shay on the phone was very helpful also.

Great service and highly affordable compared to what others told me it cost them to replace a furnace. No upsells or pressure…honest, gives options to remedy the problem, and fast! I had my new furnace set next day and working perfect.

Steven L was fantastic! Emergency call on one of THE coldest nights to fix my frozen pipes. Got to my house sooner than planned & was still smiling at the end when I know he was beyond freezing!! I will definitely use this company again

New Era was Amazing, called for a boiler emergency within 10 mins got a call back and they where arrived 1 hour later.
Our boiler needed to be looked at.
Steve took a look then called Gil ( project mgr) who arrived so fast
They both explained what needed to be in a polite professional way , the job was started the next day with a. Amazing team.
Joe went above and beyond and the team he worked with did a great job .Miguel was also very helpful …

Steve and Connor came over today. They were super kind, respectful, and professional. When entering the house, they put on booties to make sure they didn't track anything in (brownie points in my book). They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and provide estimates. We had planned to get the work done today, but something came up and they were able to "roll with the punches" and we are scheduling for another day. Thanks for coming out! My 12-year-old water heater started leaking and knew needed to be replaced. Called New Era and they came out within the hour. Gave me a very reasonable price and Steve and Danny worked very efficiently explained the process and left the area immaculate. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to family and friends!

Had our heating system and on-demand hot water heater serviced today. Joe and Steve were punctual, professional and thorough. I signed up their membership to take advantage of the annual maintenance services and various other perks.

New Era did a great job replacing our old heating system. When we lost heat on one of the coldest days, they responded quickly. The pricing was fair and they installed our new unit in one day. They were helpful and quick with follow up.
