An excellent source for your educational equipment. They will build to suit your vocational and industrial training equipment. They offer a wide range of standard products .Hampden Engineering equipment is 100% assembled in America

Terrible service never answer the phone

They are horrible to work for they run a sweat shop their tech is out of date and no engineers

Non-paying, non-responsive, even when leaving a message for the owner. I feel for the receptionist who is put in the position of gatekeeper. Unprofessional in the extreme.

Waste of time dealing with this company. Take money up front but makes companies wait years for product. A bunch of sharks. P.s There aren't any engineers so good luck if you're waiting on an order. You'll be waiting !

We are also one of the companies that they owe $ to. Have a 30 year relationship and not even a return phone call to try to set up a payment plan. Very sad how current management has run this great old business into the dust and killed their legacy.

Had some educational equipment from them, a bunch of microprocessor trainers. Needed product support and they were extremely difficult to get a hold of. When I was able to get a hold of them, they couldn't rush me off the phone fast enough or would deflect responsibility to another person.
So at the moment, I have about 8 units on my hands that are headed for the scrap heap because they won't properly support their products. Never would do business with again and I would advise that people think very carefully about doing business with this company.

Pleasant people to talk to, when you can get hold of them on the phone because when they owe you money, they never return your phone calls. They ordered, and we delivered in June 2017, $19720 of equipment that they still have not paid for five months later. On the rare occasion when you can talk to anyone at Hampden, it's always "we'll call you tomorrow" but they never call back.
Update January 2018: we finally got paid after hiring a debt collection agency .

This company required half down to build a unit for us. They will not respond to emails and when calling for updates they will not return calls. The one time I was able to speak to someone about our order, they lied about the ship date. Still have not received the item we have ordered.

Company is going out of Business , they owe multiple company's a couple hundred thousand. So theres never work to do the place is dead. Ive been waiting on relays to come in to complete these kits. And the company has been waiting for them for a couple months. They hire me for 4 days and fire me. Plus the company wont send the parts because how much he owes the company. Very unprofessional i wouldn't recommend working with this company. I get put on a 2 month hold after i got the job , then they bring me on board and let me go after 4 dats.
