Service person was friendly and professional. Didnt take very long for him to accomplish the task of cleaning sofa, which is now free of spots and stains. Looks and smells great too.

Had a scheduled love seat and sofa cleaning appointment and everything went on schedule. Sofas needed a cleaning and they came out well. I was located on the second floor which was not a problem for them. Prices are better than others especially (LONGO). I will be contacting them again if I need this type of service. Advanced Carpet is hands down the best company for carpet cleaning in the area. When I had a question about a job they came back immediately to address my question and did the job again although everything was fine. Superior customer service and they stand behind their work 100% to satisfy the consumer.

Very easy process. Courteous and friendly staff. Haven't looked at the rug yet, so I will come back for that after our renovation is done and we can unroll it.

I dropped off three area rugs for cleaning. When I picked them up two weeks later, I was a little taken aback by one of the employees saying, “Do you want help putting those in your car?” I replied that would be great and he said “I figured you would.” Very unprofessional, but even worse was that when I got home and unrolled one of the rugs, it was all pulled out of shape. The sides are wavy and do not lie flat and the underside of the corners are all ripped. This was a rug that had never been cleaned and is only a couple of years old. It had no previous wear and was in perfect condition. It is possible that it is a material that should have had special care, but they should have known that and been able to tell me that beforehand. I wish I could post pictures. I immediately sent an email to the company and two weeks later have had no response. If they had responded in a professional manner I would likely not be writing this, but I will not go back.
