I got a contract with them for low-cost oil all winter. And their technician, Donny, is pleasant and respectful and he explains things to you.

The technician, Walter Goulet, who serviced my ancient furnace was great. He cleared a clog in the thingamajig to avoid a costly repair in the future and it works really well now.

Any inquires to the staff at Cernak Fuel have always been an answered with professionalism and knowledge. Enjoy working with this company and its people.

The Cernak technician was fantastic! Cleaned up after completing the job, and did a very thorough job. And was done in a timely manor!

I arrived home at 3:00 pm on Friday, no heat, tank empty. Help responded from another call, and response team was excellent. However it makes me uncomfortable that the service allowed the tank to reach empty.

This is a review specifically of Kim Lyons in the office. Every time I speak with her, I feel relieved because I know she will competently handle whatever issue I may have. I really appreciate how friendly, dependable, and helpful she is!
