Aguia was the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. He gave frequent updates, took photos along the way, asked clarifying questions, and was completely transparent with his quotes. Meaning what he quoted is exactly what we paid, there no surprises.

He was also prompt for every appointment, which anyone who has hired contractors knows is genuinely rare.

The scope of work included repainting an entire condo unit, drywall patching, updating doorknobs and hinges, and installing new flooring. He took great care of our belongings throughout. The finished result was beautiful.

I've already hired Aguia Home Services again for another job, which says everything.

I did a Bathroom and Kitchen remodel along with removing a load-bearing wall. Wellimar (Mazza) did a great job and kept me well informed of the progress and had suggestions of how to style the new open space that I got from removing the wall.

Aguia responded immediately and came onsite to give me a quote the next day and started work 2 days later.

He prepared a quote, we discussed the job and he began working. Finished the job on time and also fixed an unrelated issue at no charge.

Aguia explained the job clearly and communicated any changes or issues during the job.

Mazza, the owner of Aguia Home Service, did a great job on the remodel of our home. Scope of work included bathroom and kitchen remodels, new bedroom and living room floors, and some electrical, and plumbing work. Mazza is very responsive to my calls / texts and keeps me regularly updated on the progress. He is quick to let me know whenever a problem is uncovered and gets my input before proceeding. His pricing is very reasonable and he was upfront about what was covered in his quote and what was not, and whenever a change in the scope of work would impact pricing. He was also very accommodative whenever I changed my mind about something and gave good recommendations on the design. I recommend Aguia Home Service to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Aguia did a good job fixing our bathroom. Very professional and knowledgeable about everything. He is very honest and trustworthy, fair and he takes pride in his work.

I recently hired Aguia Home Service
for a home renovation project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They removed the popcorn ceiling, opened up the wall in the kitchen, and installed new laminate flooring. We had a new backsplash put in and it came out perfect. Mazza and his team were absolute professionals from beginning to end. He was also extremely easy to communicate with via text or on the phone. I had an issue with the tile delivery being late, but I reached out to him and was able to reschedule quickly. It was a great experience and I look forward to doing more work with Aguia in the future.

We just had Aguia remodel a screened in porch to a 3 season porch and we couldn't be me pleased. Aguia and his crew had to make it to current code standards. We were truly pleased with quality of his work, professionalism, timeliness, and overall approach.

We remodeled our kitchen-dinning with Aguia. He transformed it from old rustic to modern open concept kitchen. We did flooring, painting, peninsula, cabinet & appliances (including chimney) installation with him. He is skilled and detail oriented to do the job with great finish and planning. He is experienced to suggest what could look better. He completed our kitchen remodel in just one month and lot of our friends could not believe that it was done so fast.
