Is Arcadia still in business? I have an appointment with them but it was made communicating with AI and I don’t see any recent reviews so I just want to make sure they’re still legit. Can’t seem to get in touch with anyone.

Arcadia team did a move out cleaning for our apartment unit and we received written appreciation note from the Leasing office upon inspection. Arcadia team also did our move in cleaning. Two women showed up. One of them was a complete slacker. Had to repeatedly point out areas that were not even touched in rooms that were "done". And even then they would leave stuff out. They would not move anything or clean behind or underneath unless you get behind and tell them to. After a while I gave up because I had to attend to something else and just decided not to hire them again. They don't clean windows or doors, apparently that costs an extra $15 *per* window or door! At least if the areas they did were done well, I would've been happy. Weren't inexpensive either. Three stars only because they made beds and arranged things on the tables neatly.
