Great service on our boiler replacement true profesionals

Replaced oil-fired steam boiler and oil tank with gas-fired steam boiler in Millis. Handled everything professionally: removing oil tank, installing hot water plumbing, steam fittings, replaced broken radiator valve, electrical, gas installation and all inspections. Not easy finding a highly rated local HVAC company still installing new steam boilers.

We were so lucky that RP was able to help us out today. Our water heater broke 9.30am today. After no luck with other plumbers I suddenly recalled RP, with whom we've worked in the past and remembered the good experience. Their office promised someone to come by before 5 pm today. The whole project was finished, with a new water heater before 4.30pm! Darrell were the nicest guys, professional and simply great. I'm not going to lie, they are not the cheapest, but we know that what's put in place will increase the house value and make us sleep better! So thank you very much!

Terrible communication. Gave me the run around all day. Finally showed up the next day , assessed job,said they were going to get fittings and never came back. I called them to find out if they were coming back, they said they didn’t want to do job. Customer service and communication was terrible.
