Prevett Heating and Cooling installed a new Amana S central air conditioning system withing 3 days of me asking. The team was very professional, neat and experienced. They upgraded inefficient duct work to make the system more efficient and explained all the functionality of the new system. The new Amana system uses a variable speed motor which adjusts speeds to the demand of the system resulting in a very quiet and efficient system. I would highly recommend Prevett Heating and Cooling for system replacement, upgrades or maintenance.

Can’t say enough about Prevett… Have been a customer for over a decade and rely on them for maintenance and emergency service. Stellar team of techs and office support staff are there for us whatever our HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Your guys were amazing that installed my whole house humidifier on top of my furnace. The crew was neat and orderly. They even came back when I got home to inservice me on the unit

I called Prevett to inspect my air conditioner that governs our entire first floor. Their service tech, Bill, came over and was very professional and had a great personality. He discovered what the issue was and quickly and promptly solved it and we couldn't be happier!

I had to get my central ac replaced. Shopped around a few quotes. Prevett offered both the best quality unit and best price by far. Everyone was super friendly, professional and went over and above. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Prevett once during the winter when my heating fan stopped working, and just this summer, during the humid weather, when my central air system stopped. Both times someone one was in the office to take my call and scheduled a service tech to come out. Their service staff arrived on time and performed the repairs professionally and at a reasonable cost. I’ll call Prevett Heating and Cooling first when I need a repair.

Service was superb. The guys doing the work were very efficient, answered all questions and did a great job. Good quality job and professional. Really nice to have full service for HVAC work and electrical work done by the same company. No need to juggle multiple contractors to complete the job.

Prevett has been our HVAC repair and maintenance company for many years. Every employee has always been courteous and knowledgeable. The office has always been very helpful if there is a rebate or if a part under warranty needs to be replaced. I highly recommend Prevett.

Updated: They offer a maintenance plan where they come out and look at the health of my furnace and AC. I schedule it in advance. If it is properly maintained then it should last a good long time, and issues from lack of attention won't arise for me.
The technician arrives on time, covers his feet to protect my floors, and knows my system as he's seen it before. Still a very satisfied customer.
