Same day fix on my dryer, which I wasn't expecting. The appliance repair technician walked me through what was actually wrong with it before doing anything, which I appreciated. No guessing, no vague answers. Just a straight explanation and then he got to work. Solid experience start to finish.

My freezer had been running warm for a few days and I kept hoping it would sort itself out but it didn't. The repairman came out, tracked down the issue, and had it fixed before I lost everything inside. Timing could not have been better.

We have a washer that had been making an awful banging noise through the entire spin cycle. He rebalanced the drum, replaced a worn suspension rod, and now the thing runs dead quiet. The repairman is friendly, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff inside and out.

That squealing had been going on for months before we finally made the call, wish we hadn't waited so long. Belt replaced, a shocking amount of lint cleared out, and now it runs like the day we bought it. Great attitude and even better results.

I will not be calling another appliance repair company in Framingham ever again. Very happy customer!

Miracle worker! 3 other repair people had tried to fix this washing machine. None came close! Edward figured out the problem and repaired it in 2 hours. And came the SAME day I called! Incredible.

Very bad experience in refrigerator repair service, take $180 upper front and never deliver result. Waste of money and time

A bad experience overall. I called him to have him come look at my washing machine. He said he could do it the next day. Great--I cancel separate appointment with a different repairman who couldn't come for two days. I call and text him the next day, and he says he'll come later, after 5p. He then goes on to tell me about how he just drove out to some town 45 minutes away and the guy wasn't even home. He was mad because the guy was disrespectful of his time. I sympathized. He comes to my house later in the day, looks at my washing machine, and says he'll have to come back the next day to repair it. Fine.

The next day he never calls, never gets in touch with me, doesn't text me. I reach out to him but he doesn't respond to my texts or return my phone calls. I'm mad because I cancelled the appointment with the other repairman and now my washing machine is still broken. He complains about people wasting his time, but he doesn't really care about wasting other peoples'.

Beware will charge you and not care if your issue is not resolved. That is what he literally said to me. “I don’t care that I charged you and was not able to fix your washer”.Came out first time and charged $160 to clear out filter and said that would resolve our drainage issue. Nothing changed. Two days later charged us $200 to replace pump and the washer still does not work. Dishonest and lazy. Does not care about making sure his job is done right. Find a reputable company that knows what they are doing.
