Dave Perodeau was incredibly helpful! I had to pick out plumbing fixtures, toilets, sinks and vanities for our new house, and I could not have done it without his help, guidance and patience. I would recommend him to everyone.

I've had nothing but the best help at republic pipe

I needed new pvc parts for a bathroom sink installation. The staff there were helpful, nice, and went the extra mile to help me get what I needed and to avoid the inevitable multiple supply runs. They answered my questions frankly, with no condescension for either experience level or gender. I'd go there for any plumbing needs and recommend them to friends.

Donnie in the Framingham store was terrific. He stuck with me through my purchase of a hard to find part for a toilet. I'm not a plumber, so he made sure that I knew all of the steps to re-construct my toilet, including the kleenex trick to detect any slow leaks. No leaks, and no headaches. He even has a follow up question for the rep that he'll relay the answer back to me. I'll be asking for him directly next time.

The staff that helped me was extremely helpful. They shared a lot of useful information that we were not getting from other stores. However, I did overhear a different staff member putting a hard sell on another customer - an experience that we were getting at other stores. I was very glad the second staffer was not the one helping us.

Do not waste your time!
I’m general Contractor with 18 years dealing with supplier. Republic Plumbing supply is the worst! No regards to the customers needs other than the customer money. They have no interest in your questions about the parts and materials that you want TO BUY from them.
If you DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY what you need,
They make no effort to help, guide or show you the possibilities.
Customer service has no value at that place!

Horrible attention at the showroom. The woman behind the first desk was not only not willing to help, but she was on the verge of insulting my intelligence. Perhaps she heard a slight foreign accent in my questions? She was dismissive and absolutely not nice. I left the place not wanting to come back.
