Our hot water heater busted while we were away. Called Shahood & Sons Plumbing and they came out within the 30 min I called to give us a quote. They replaced our hot water heater just a few hours later. Amazing customer service - professional, knowledge, and kind from beginning to end! Highly recommend!

I had a small leak between my main floor and basement ceiling. I called Shahood and they sent Quentin out within an hour. He found the leak, fixed the leak and solved the issue immediately. He was polite, thorough, and cleaned up after himself as if he was never there. Highly recommend Shahood.

Shahood & Sons plumbing made my dreams come true. We are in the process of building our forever home and we are very new to the building process and they have simply been the best with price, communication and work completion. We recently had a heat pump installed and couldn’t be happier. Cam and his team did a great job with the installation. They were friendly, respectful, and completed the job on schedule. Behind the scenes, office manager Amanda was extremely helpful with scheduling and completing all the paperwork for the MassSave rebate. Finally, we need to give a special shout out to Cody. After the work was completed, he called just to check in to make sure all the final tweaks were working as expected.

We could not be happier with Shahood and have them programmed into our phones as our go-to plumbing and heating service providers!
