Always a pleasure working with TF complete Heating and cooling. They show up on time, They do their work quietly, efficiently and clean up after themselves. Their pricing is very reasonable and their technicians are very Professional and polite.

Had our annual service completed by Josh the other day. Josh explained everything to me in detail what was done and if there were any issues in the future to just contact the office. He was very professional and work was completed in a short period of time. I’ve used TF Complete for the past 5 years now and I’m very satisfied with the work they have done.

It took 2 days but we had our furnace replaced and the water heater burst. Matt and Peter? did a great job! They were clean, efficient and fast. I’d use them again.

TF Complete installed our new boiler and indirect tank when we changed from oil to gas. With a lot of moving parts to coordinate, the team at TF Complete was helpful and knowledgeable during the planning stage, came in with a competitive quote that made applying for MassSave as easy as possible, kept me informed of changes to the timeline and were responsive to calls and emails in the days before, during, and after the install, and went out of their way to get our heat up and running after-hours when Eversource finally arrived to hang the meter.

Jeremy explained the problem and.solution very well. Answered all my questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Jeremy was extremely responsive to a heating system failure that occurred on a Monday evening. He gathered complete info over the phone, then arrived the next morning with needed parts. He did the repairs, spent an extra hour or so test-cycling the system to ensure it was all okay, and also explained to me all of the steps taken for the repair (there were many, and they involved Burnham tech support for guidance). This was not a small fix or small bill, but I felt good about the responsiveness, expertise, and communication with Jeremy.

Called around 7am and some was at my home in about 90 minutes. I consider that excellent. Justin was great, figured out the problem in minutes. Was a hose that was loose and caused water to drip out. Fixed and all is good. The system was installed in July.

As always - friendly, prompt, curteous and respectful of our home. The service guys arrive as promised. TF offers great customer service after installing a wonderful product. Seems expensive for 20 minutes of work - but then I do not know the going rate for service calls for HVAC maintenance. I strongly recommend this company.

Had a blower motor go on my air handler. Called to Complete and it was quickly diagnosed and ultimately Jeremy came to repair and was friendly efficient and provided top notch service!!!

Overall, service was fine. James arrived on time, worked efficiently and neatly. I was horrified by one thing. It seems my old thermostat is not continuously sending a signal to the AC system to not only turn on, but to stay on. James said you could replace the thermostat, at an outrageous price. You are supposedly a full service HVAC company and should be able to do this task at a reasonable cost, competitive with independent electricians. I was most disappointed.

I highly endorse Tom Fricker Heating & Cooling for anyone looking for a mini-split system. I recently purchased a starter home that had electric resistance (baseboard) heating from the 1970s. Needless to say, my electric bill was over $400 per month in the winter for a small 700sq ft home. I knew it was time to look into Mini-splits and got nothing but great reviews about Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Systems. I only wanted a Mitsubishi Diamond Installer to do the work because it comes with a great warranty and I know they were trained by Mitsubishi.

I received estimates from four companies. Tom Fricker immediately impressed me by confirming our appointment, arriving on time, and taking the time to learn about my needs, concerns, and what the “perfect scenario” looked like for me.

I can’t say that about the other companies. Two of them marched in here telling me what I wanted and tried to sell me a large system, claiming “If you go smaller you won’t be able to heat the house”. On the other hand, Tom recommended a smaller single head unit for me and was very confident that I would be more than satisfied. He was correct with his assessment as I have been heating my home exclusively with the mini-split. It has been battle-tested in single-digit lows this February without skipping a beat! It also saves me a lot of money per month in energy bills!

Within 2 weeks of the estimate, they were able to install this for me, knowing how urgent I needed it to heat my home. The installation took a half-day and the inside unite looks great! The outside unit was properly installed, and they took great care in not splitting my old cedar shingle siding. The outside looks as inconspicuous as possible and is properly weather-sealed, I am notorious for “double-checking” anyone who does work on my home, and this was the first time I had no concerns or follow-ups.

I am a highly satisfied customer and Tom had an extremely competitive price, did not try to oversell, and personally communicated with me through the process. Plus, their installation team was professional and the office staff friendly, what more could you ask for?

Just had a GREAT yearly maintenance appointment with Josh. OUTSTANDING service. Josh did a very thorough job and explained everything clearly to me. We spent some time with the various settings for each zone. He also did a fantastic job of cleaning a very dirty condenser. All around we could not be happier with Tom Fricker and Josh is a great guy.

I had an AC condenser unit installed by you a few years back. Your workmanship, transparency, and precision work had me not hesitating at all to give you A call this year when my OTHER Condenser had an issue. James, your technician, was incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and… Most importantly… Honest. Great work!

Troubles w a whole house humidifier were quickly, effectively, and fairly resolved by Andy and Jeremy. Complete HVAC is a great company, and many of our neighbors use them as well.
