Can't say enough great things about this company! The owner, Jim, is very professional and efficient. He came out to service our AC when it suddenly stopped working in the summer. He fixed the issue in a very timely manner and was friendly and receptive to questions in the process. Would definitely recommend his company and services to those looking for a reputable and honest HVAC company!

In addition to these values of excellent customer service, his pricing was fair and transparent. Jim personally installed my new Heating and A/C systems, as well as a tankless water heater. He was also very helpful in providing the necessary paperwork required to take advantage of the MassSave program incentives. I couldn’t be happier with the job performed.

Jim/Shawna and the extended team at JBD were a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain in detail the options we had before we decided to move forward with a project. This allowed us to make a well informed decision and not biased towards a certain option.

Our experience with JBD from start to finish was fantastic! Quick and reasonable quote for exactly what we wanted (many other places tried to up-sell and/or were absurdly expensive). They were quick to respond to any of our questions, and accommodating of our schedule when it came to install. Install itself was quick, professional, and looks great--and everyone on site respected COVID safety protocols. They've also been incredibly helpful with the process of navigating the MassSave rebates and loans. Overall, I would highly recommend!

JBD replaced my old boiler and hot water tank with a high efficiency unit. From his initial visit through installation, Jim was always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. JBD is competitively priced and will assist buyers who are using a HEAT loan.

JBD did an excellent job installing a new carrier gas furnace and AC At the same time they also zoned off and separated our 2 floors so they are now independently controlled. The new system is extremely quiet and efficient.

Thank goodness for JBD Air Conditioning and Heating when our water heater suddenly gave way. Jimmy was able to get us a new heater and install quickly. He's reliable, professional and has been doing this a long time- so very knowledgeable. We highly recommend!!

Jim has come out and done multiple jobs at my new home. From installing a new boiler and 3 rooms of new baseboard (which replaced an old boiler in the middle of winter with only a 1 day wait for service), new Fujitsu mini split units, to most recently a new indirect water heater. I am extremely happy and we have and will continue to go back to see JBD for all of our needs. Very fair pricing and prompt and exceptional service will keep you happy too!!

Replaced my old furnace and a/c system with a new carrier furnace and a/c unit. I highly recommend JBD. If you are in the market for a replacement look no further. I had a bunch of quotes. Other companies send out their sales guy to write up a quote. With JBD the owner comes out to do the quote and not to mention does the actual install. Great price, high quality clean installation, great communication from the office with scheduling and working with mass save. 5 stars all around!

The installation of my HVAC system which included a conventional Carrier system and 2 Carrier Ductless systems went perfectly. JBD Air Conditioning and Heating Services did a spectacular job for a great price and I am a very tough customer to please so that is saying a lot. The installation was top notch and done correctly. The system is nearly silent and does an amazing job cooling my house. As an added convenience JBD also submitted my information for the rebates that were being offered and registered my system with Carrier. I am a totally satisfied customer and will use JBD for any future work.

Jim and his crew did a phenomenal job. It was a large, complex job and it came out beautifully. They removed a VERY large, VERY old oil burner, oil tank and electric water heater. They converted everything over to use a new efficient gas furnace and water heater. The work is neat and professional. They showed up when they said they were going to, on time and coordinate subcontractors and town inspections. They were friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend JBD without reservation.

JBD HVAC company is absolutely the best ever! The owner, Jim and his crew are absolutely professional, knowledgeable, prompt, clean, and very fair with their pricing! They did our entire HVAC system over including heat pumps, and we are thrilled with the job, which was very well done! You get a text before the technician is coming and Jim is so personable and knowledgeable that I can’t recommend any other company because I’ve used two others before in the past and Jim blows away the competition! They work with Mass Save and my rebates came through in no time at all! I highly recommend JBD for all your HVAC and heat pump needs!

Excellent experience with JBD! They did a complete new install of two gas furnaces and two central AC systems at my home in Franklin, MA. JBD worked hard to get this substantial job done as quickly as possible. Very professional and honest.

We recently had a new heating system installed and chose to add central A/C. We chose JBD after Jim had come to our home to look at the job. He was very thorough, explained things very well in a way we could understand, and answered our questions. He was polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable about our decision to add A/C-a considerable expense. We chose JDB after soliciting several estimates from other companies. JBD's pricing was very reasonable and, having read the reviews for the brand he proposed and we chose, I knew we were making a good decision. The work was scheduled to take place over 2 days, 7/1 and 7/2. We were informed and confirmed by by the office so we knew the project date was right on target. Jim and his assistant, Dominic, arrived early and worked very hard for 2, long days! They were meticulous in preparing and protecting the floors and carpeted staircase with quilted fabric dropcloths--the kind typically used by moving companies to protect furniture. This was important to us as the basement floor is new and in pristine condition. They were meticulous at cleaning up when the job was completed. Upon completion, Jim explained and showed us the various parts of the new system, and also showed us how to operate the new thermostat (the one he had recommended we replace our previous one with and we're glad we took his advice). We can't say enough about Jim, Shawna (office manager), and Dominic! All of them were wonderful to deal with; friendly, helpful, understanding, patient, professional and meticulous! We would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. We are thoroughly enjoying the comfort of central air! Gold stars for all of you! Thank you JBD!
