Excellent service, decent in-store selection of options.

I won a mini fridge at the PHCC convention show, which I initially thought was great—but it turned into a frustrating experience. Shortly after, I started receiving invoices for nearly $700 for something I was clearly told I had won for free.

I’ve called multiple times, and while I’m consistently told the issue will be resolved, nothing ever actually gets fixed. The lack of follow-through and accountability has been disappointing.

At this point, it feels like a bait-and-switch situation. I’d strongly recommend going with a supplier that stands behind what they say and treats customers with honesty and respect.
