Mike responded to my email quickly and immediately came out to check out a dead ground fault outlet in my garage. After extensive testing to determine the source of the problem, he replaced the outlet. I will certainly call him again for any electrical work and highly recommend him. He is friendly and professional!

Mike was very responsive to my initial call. He followed up with available dates
and was on schedule. His quote was fair and work is of excellent quality. Will have him back for more electrical work.

Mike and Yadi installed 50 amp EV charger, as well as quad outlets on our garage. Service and craftsmanship were excellent! They worked in a timely and diligent manner to get the job done right. We have full confidence in the work and having the charger upgrade has been life changing!

When you move into an older home you need two things: a plumber and an electrician. Michael is a reliable electrician, experienced and reasonably priced. He has been to my home twice to troubleshoot repairs and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He's a friendly guy too; which is a bonus.

Mike came when our panel blew out power on our second floor, we tried for 2 months to get someone. When we found him he came over a few days later in between jobs, and made us a priority. He did not want to leave us without electricity any longer. I definitely recommend, he goes above and beyond for his customers!

Mike was quick to reply and provide me with a reasonable quote. We were adding a pool in our backyard and wanted to install an outdoor outlet near the pool. Mike did the wiring in the trench and installed the outlet for pool. He was flexible with the timing when the job got pushed out by a week and got the job done. He provided a detailed estimate and took care of the permit and inspection form Town.

We had a situation arise on a Saturday afternoon that could not be left unresolved. Michael answered the call and bailed us out. He was transparent in his costs, responsive, and thorough in his work.

After he saved us on the weekend, we happily had him back to do more electrical work in our newly updated living room, and he was every bit as thorough and professional as the first time he was out.

Had a water heater fuse go out overnight. Michael was able to source the fuse and install within 24 hours. Very responsive especially in a time where lead times are very long. Michael was extremely professional and thorough with his work. Recommend for any future electrical needs.

Michael J. Pupa came right on time to start the job. He and his co-worker replaced all the old outdated smoke detectors and added new ones that were required according to code. He and his co-worker did a great job. I highly recommend him for any electrical work that needs to be done.

Mike came to my house to install a drainage system electrical outlets and found that our electrical panel was in need of many changes. Mike did a great job, completed a lot of work for me. I would recommend him in a second to any person who is in need of electrical work. Thanks Mike!

Mike is a consummate professional. His devotion to serving the customer to the best of his ability is outstanding. I sent out requests to half a dozen electricians; Mike was finished with the job before some of them even responded. We will definitely use his services again.

One of the circuits in my house had an issue due to mice chewing one of the wires. The circuit went to my fridge. I discovered the issue on a Saturday afternoon. Michael picked up my call right away and was here within an hour. He lent me a heavy duty cord, as he had to come back to get into the wall after a thorough test of easier options. He came back today, and the issue is safely resolved. He kept me apprised of all his steps and made it as easy to understand as possible. The other electricians I called (four or five others) never even returned my call, so I greatly appreciate Michael’s willingness to come out right away.

I had a couple of different electricians come through a Home Warranty company to fix a lighting problem and a breaker tripping. Neither could really explain the issue and one said he’d be back and never showed.

I called Mike and he got back to me right away. He was thorough in checking connections, fixing discovered issues due to someone else’s poor workmanship, and explained everything along the way. Oh, and he took care of the problems I called about.

Our six smoke detector alarms blared in unison at 4 a.m. and nothing I did could get them to stop, so within minutes, we entertained our fantastic fire chief, a police officer, and two fire trucks of firefighters trying to get the alarms to cease. Turns out, the smoke detectors were all beyond their ten-year lifespan. Smoke detectors really DO need to be changed every ten years. I decided to hire a professional instead of attempting it myself, so I phoned Mike Pupa at 7 a.m. His kindly voice answered, took down my info, and said he would attempt to come over that same day. Have you ever heard of an electrician who would do that? He must have sensed that we really needed help. Mike and a helper were here with new units by 3:30 and done an hour later. Our fire chief told me that if I was handy I could do it myself, but after watching the professionals, I’m so glad I hired them. All through the day, Mike phoned to keep in touch and let me know where he was and when he was coming. Have you ever heard of an electrician who would do that? Mike told me in advance his hourly rate so I anticipated what to expect. He and his trained assistant went through all detectors and knew which needed which specialization (e.g., smoke, heat, co2). He showed me what he was going to do, he talked with me as he did it, and when the six units were installed, he tested them again and again to make sure everything was perfect. His cost was a fair price and he told me that he would stand by his work and return if necessary. Mike was consistently polite, compassionate about our situation, informative, and professional – indeed, Mike sets the bar to its highest standard. He is an electrician par excellence and worthy to be called when you need electrical work done. And if he works for you, you too will be asking… Have you ever heard of an electrician who would do that? Mike rates six stars on a scale of one-to-five!

Michael was here this morning right on time. He wired a new circuit for my dishwasher. He also wired the power cord on the dishwasher which really wasn't part of the job. Above and beyond. Though he did a couple of “extras” the price was exactly what he had quoted. He is pleasant and professional. I will be contacting him for all my electrical needs.
