Andy and his team did a great job hooking up our portable generator. They explained how everything works and answered all of my questions perfectly. I'm very happy with the service provided!!

We have had Woodford Electrics out several times to our home. They have upgraded our panel, installed a generator and many many outlets for the crazy Christmas light lady. This latest storm has left us without power. After turning on the generator we still couldn’t get our water to work. I texted Andy and he was at our home and had the week pump working in less than an hour. This was an after hours call in the middle of a snow storm. Andy has always provided us with quick, professional and quality work. We highly recommend.

Had them do a major job (large in law apartment) from start to finish which included upgrading service to 400 and everything that is needed electrically for a brand new project. They were professional, on time, honest, and did flawless work. For the final inspection the owner came out which showed me the owner cared and wanted to make sure himself. Job is not completely done yet but I feel confident writing a review prior. 5 star service. I would recommend them to family and friends and will use them again. Thank you for the great service.

Andy responded to our emergency call quickly when we had a problem with our service panel and solved the problem then and right away getting our power back..Andy and his crew just recently installed a new 200 Amp panel in our house with all new service in from the outside town lines. What an upgrade for sure and everyone was surely Professional . Highly recommended

Within the past six months I have needed an electrician to (1) install an emergency shutoff switch for my furnace and (2) to find out why the circuit breaker on my solar system was tripping. In each case they were quick to respond and they completed the work in a very short time. I consider them to be my go-to for any of my future electrical needs.

We were very pleased with the professional and knowledgeable service from Woodford Electric, Inc. in Gardner, MA. We got an estimate of the work we wanted done and it was scheduled and completed the next week. The estimate and final charge were the same. No surprises. The team arrived on time and answered all our questions and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up everything when they were done too. We will definitely use them for other electrical jobs. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Andy and his team from the initial estimate process, right through to job completion. Andy, the owner, had come out to give me an estimate on the job I needed (panel upgrade/generator hookup) a few months before the job. During this visit, he was very professional and made me feel comfortable with asking what I thought were "dumb questions." He left me feeling confident about the job but did not make me feel pressured in any way. He was very patient with me and stayed in touch over the few months I needed to make a decision on what I wanted to do. He even continued to answer my questions via text in a very respectful way. On the day of the job he came out with a couple of his guys to make sure I understood exactly what they were doing and to allow me to ask questions. His team was super professional throughout the job and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing. I was extremely happy with the end product and now have peace of mind with my electrical. I would highly recommend Woodford Electric!

Fast and Reliable service. Lost power due to severed power lines underground and felt hopeless until we made the call to Andy and his crew. Justin and Dave came out to see us less than an hour after we called. They accessed the situation and promptly came up with a plan. They not only explained every step to us, they treated us like we were family and took great care of us. Andy himself brought over his generator and got us hooked up with temporary power. They installed a new meter and lines for our electric supplier to connect into for us. Woodford Electric was recommended to us and we will definitely keep the recommendations going and would highly recommend them to anyone else in the future.
