This construction company knows what Customer Service is all about. They arrived when planned, explained in detail their work and progress keeping me informed. Very conscientious team that efficiently executed and finished product exceeded expectations. The team also followed up afterwards to ensure the customer was satisfied. Ordering loam is now easier than ordering a pizza! Earthworks website was super easy to use and place my order within minutes. Not only do you enter your delivery address but you can place a map pin on exactly where you want material delivered on your property. Their text communication and email confirmation was perfect. On delivery day they confirmed my time, the driver was professional and unlike other places that try to skimp out and delivering slightly less material, I feel like I got what expect from a business that is trying to make sure their customers are happy. Had a leaking water line coming from the street, across our yard, to the house. Called Earthworks and Crystal in the office had Chris swing by about an hour later on his way back from another job to check it out. He put us at ease and explained how they would take care of it without digging a 40 foot trench through the yard.

Fast forward to repair day - the crew showed up on time, got right to work on replacing the line and had all the inside work done and cleaned up within a few hours. They then wrapped up outside putting things back in order where they had dug up a small section of the sidewalk to access the water line... left it looking better than when they arrived!
