Right from the beginning everyone was helpful. The entire staff was always kind and never hesitated to answer my questions. The installation crew always showed up on time and went right to work upon arrival. They cleaned their work areas at the end of each day and once completed they checked that each unit was working. The entire process from beginning to end was a pleasant experience for me. And one more thing, my install was much sooner then the original timeline which.

Had a great experience from getting the proposal and through to the installation. Install team was able to get the entire system (one heat pump and four mini splits) installed in one day which was fantastic. The crew was friendly and professional as well.

The team at Alpine Heat Pumps found the perfect system for our house. They clearly explained what we needed and recommended different options. Their installation team did excellent work and thoroughly explained how our new system worked and the best way to use it.

Alpine installed a Mitsubishi heat pump for us in one of the downstairs rooms in our house. They were very fast, clean, and professional. Communicated very well throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

We have had a good experience with Wyatt and Alpine Heat Pumps. They scheduled us in a timely manner and did all the paperwork for the loan and rebate applications. The communication and response time to answer any questions was excellent. Even when there was some confusion the day of the installation, Wyatt was available to speak with the subcontractors to clear up the issue and we are very happy with the result.

We just had 4 mini splits installed by Alpine Heat Pumps. They were on time, clean, professional, and explained the whole process thoroughly. We would recommend them.

Alpine Heat Pumps has been nothing short of professional from start to finish! James came out to assess our needs, and we had a proposal for mini splits and a heat pump water heater by the end of that day! James also helped with paperwork aspects, and was very prompt in answering any questions I had. The team who came out to install the mini splits were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous (I did not catch their names, as my husband was the one present during installation). Tom, who installed our heat pump hot water heater, obviously knows his stuff. He was able to navigate a tricky space situation in our basement, which was very much appreciated! Frank, the technician who came out the week after the mini split installation, was able to help me figure out how to set up our system to best suit our heating and cooling needs. We highly recommend the services of Alpine Heat Pumps!

Alpine Heat Pump helped us plan a workable system for our somewhat 'nonstandard' house. On installation day, a team arrived and handled the several aspects simultaneously. Power was connected the next day, and presto! We are very impressed with how it's performing. Update: Alpine Heat Pump-Support is doing most of the paperwork for the Mass Save rebate for us (very helpful), and has provided information on use and maintenance.

The whole project from start to finish went smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. On installation day Mathew and his crew were great, they arrived on time, we’re respectful of my property and very neat. I would recommend Alpine.

We are pleased with the the entire process starting with the initial visit from James. After discussions with him, our plans changed and it has worked out well. The installation of the new heating system was great. The electrician was wonderful and spent time helping us get acquainted with our new system. All in all, the whole process was great.

We reciently had a heat pump system installed and we love it.The crew that installed them were amazing. They were vey polite and neat even though they worked in bad weather they compleated the work ahead of schedule.Great job guys

Alpine installed mini splits for our old, two-story home. They were excellent to work with from assessment to installation. Everyone at Alpine was friendly, very responsive, and willing to answer all our questions. The installation crew and electricians were quick (estimated two-day install in one day), professional, and friendly. Overall, great experience.

Professional at every step in the process.
When getting an estimate, Alpine presented a wall unit arrangement different from all other companies. Alpine's arrangement was a much better fit for the layout of the house. Clearly, they know what they are doing. Their installation team was great. The job was completed on time and on budget. The Alpine office handled all paperwork smoothly. The heat pumps are wonderful.

From start to finish of our heat pump project we couldn’t have happier with Alpine Heat Pumps. During the planning phase of our project they were very responsive to our concerns and designed a system that met our needs. The installers communicated with us throughout the multi day project and did a job that exceeded our expectations. I wanted to write a review on behalf of the installation service for my mini split system. I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and quality of work that was done. I had 3 units installed in my house which from start to finish was 10AM-5PM. I was impressed it was completed in a whole day. The installers were extremely friendly, respective of the house, tidy and quiet as I work from home. Overall highly recommend this company!

We wanted a second hot water tank/heat pump installed in an area of our new house that was not getting enough hot water. Alpine helped us diagnose the problem, which included an area where pipes ran outside, exacerbating the problems we were experiencing, and offered a range of solutions.

The work was completed promptly and 100% on budget, including re-routing the pipes to be totally indoors. The sales team, installer, and electrician were all top notch, and the new system is functioning perfectly. They even set it up so that when our older tank fails, we may be able to run exclusively off of our new heat pump. Either way that works out, we're totally satisfied with the new unit and how the job was completed, and would not hesitate to use Alpine again should the need arise.

The entire process was smooth and professional. Our project manager did a full load calculation and walked us through the options, making sure the system fit our needs (not oversized, optimized to our use case of non-primary heating, etc.) Because the quote came in as the manufacturer was switching to a new head system, our PM stayed in touch via text to make sure we got the right setup at the guaranteed price. We were told it would take 4+ weeks to get it installed, but fate intervened and we had it within about two weeks of the quote. The installation was fantastic, low-impact (they focused on certain rooms first so we could isolate the pets), and they left the whole house clean and buttoned up. Each head was installed centered in the ways we asked for, and the line sets were run to accommodate windows we hoped to put in one day. The wiring and condensate lines were run beautifully in the basement.

The lead installer stuck around after the job was done to talk about our existing steam system, overall maintenance, and more.
