I needed to have the sanitary riser and outlet to the septic straightened out. I reached out to Ken and he was able to quickly get me a quote and fit me into his schedule to have it straightened out. His work looks great and he was very professional the entire time. I will be using his services in the future for sure.

Ken was great. I only have one bathroom and my shower was clogged. I called him and he was able to show up later that same day. He said worst case it would have been next day. He was able to fix the clog very quickly and it was very affordable. Would definitely recommend him to anybody.

Our indirect water heater went bad. Ken responded promptly to the initial call, asked for pictures and provided an estimate within 30 minutes. His prices were fair so we asked him to remove the old heater and install the new one. Ken showed up on time, assessed the situation and went to get the necessary materials. He faced an unexpected problem while draining the old tank as one of the shut-off valves was broken. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot and we were up and running in about 2 hours. He answered all our questions and even though he pointed out that the existing piping to the water heater was not ideal, he did not pressure us to change the piping right away as it would be an additional expense we did not plan for. We are very satisfied with Ken's work and attitude.
